Democratic Party activists are conflicted over whether Hillary Clinton can take on Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump in the general election, with some fearing she provides too much ammunition for the flamboyant businessman's style of attack.
While Mr. Trump is leading the national polls and calling the shots in what's become a circuslike GOP primary season, Mrs. Clinton tops a sedentary Democratic race with two other opponents respectfully nipping at her without doing much damage - and party stalwarts are happy to have it that way. "I hear a lot of people saying, 'You know, I've watched the Democratic debates and the Republican debates, and they're so different. I'm sure glad I'm on the Democratic side and they're talking about the issues. They don't always agree with one another, but they explain why," said David Allen, a Democratic Party leader in Barnstead, New Hampshire. "Democrats have resolved themselves to not go into a circus and tear one another down."
But Mr. Allen said he does worry about how the eventual Democratic nominee will stand up to the sort of withering barbs Mr. Trump has dished out to his own side.

That is a great point! Why didn’t I think of it first?@#%!
Great photo showing the crowd. Thanks!
Poor widdle Kristol LoL.
Saw the following in the comment section in the above Brietbart article:
[a bit on the funny side, but since it was hillary, it could have taken place]
"Hillary liked riding the mechanical bull in the white house pub. It was the way she rode it that had everyone dazzled by her mobility and bull riding maneuvers . The thing eventually short circuited, caught fire and now lists heavily to one side. It's no longer anatomically correct."

No chance of a Reagan sweep. Just too many states leaning hard left, like California & Illinois.
I watched the video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sNzGvdF67Jw
I forgot how much I hated watching him when he was President.
Excuse me. Please explain to me what it is I want? Because you are way off base. Can I say that the minority and JoSixChip want A GOP establishment candidate that is a repackaged version of Romney, who the media is endorsing as an outsider. I guess the media has the country’s best interest at heart?
I don’t click through to the Washington Times anymore. They are biased and have become part of the problem.
Kristol is the poster boy for the Snarky Elites. He is only a little older than Trump. Both grew up in NYC. Kristol never left his armchair. Trump never sat down. Therein lies the difference.
From what I have been reading here, i thought it was 90%. Seriously, our choices are Cruz, most conservative person in decades.. And Trump..he doesn’t understand Israels Sovereignty, so that precludes him being a true conservative. If he doesn’t understand theirs then he doesn’t understand ours, when it comes down to brass tacks. But he speaks well and draws crowds.. Sound familiar?
Crowds only Hillary can dream of.
Rush talked about this yesterday. Trump totally undercuts Hillary’s entire campaign of “war against women.” He did it pretty much with three sentences. He’s the only one who can, or will, do that.
The cabbie has more common sense than the DC elite. Kristol should go back to writing speeches for Moynahan another DC conservative.
Maybe Massachusetts too.
Not California, though.
Trump can beat Hillary in California.
“Mrs. Clinton tops a sedentary Democratic race with two other opponents respectfully nipping at her without doing much damage - and party stalwarts are happy to have it that way.”
In other words, the Democrats are running a very GOP-like campaign — rigged.
You don't believe the Left is afraid of Trump? Where has you bin boy????
Make thyself useful...
Now for a short public service announcement to all on FR:
We need to ensure we don't get another Obama-like America Hater as the next President.
The best way to ensure that is to actively support a candidate as the next President.
I prefer Cruz and my money goes to his campaign, hence the Cruz link. If you like someone else, donate to him/her (find your own link to do it) and if you use FR and don't donate, then please don't complain about the welfare leeches or those who have Obama Phones because, functionally, you are no different than any other who enjoys the fruits of others' work for your own benefit.
PS - If you are one of those who cannot afford even a small donation to FR or a candidate, God Bless and happy FReeping!.....
GO CRUZ!! Keep it up Trump!!
With seven candidates that are far superior to past candidates Mitt Romney or John McCain, and two that I am actually excited to support, I wouldn't call it "circuslike". It is a voters market, and the voters are rejecting what the central party is offering.
This is the best GOP primary since 1980.
But the gang at Faux News is SURE Granny will kill Trump. Mister Krauthammer and Mister Will are you listening?
