One of the worst of Obamacares ill-conceived provisions went quietly into effect on January 1. The employer mandate, previously inflicted only on businesses with 100 or more employees, will now be imposed on those with as few as 50. This mandate will prevent countless small employers from hiring workers they would otherwise have hired and incentivize many others to replace full-time employees with part-timers. It is such an obvious job killer that the Obama administration delayed enforcement until after the 2014 midterms, the liberal Urban Institute has called for its repeal, and it has even been obliquely criticized by Hillary Clinton.
The employer mandate requires all businesses with 50 or more full-time employees to provide health coverage to at least 95 percent of these employees as well as any dependents they may have under age 26, or pay crippling fines. But not all small employers can afford to offer insurance. Those which lack the resources to do so will avoid the mandate by assuring that the number of full-time workers they employ remains below 50. And, because Obamacare has arbitrarily redefined full-time to mean 30 or more hours per week, the employer mandate effectively caps both the number of workers many businesses can hire and how many hours they will work.

History illustrates that in pre WWII fascist movements in Europe, both the traditional elites and entrepreneurial middle classes were destroyed or socially redefined through stigma, including ant-Jewish ( jewish bankers and related entreprenuers thereby effecting the whole class) discrimination qand genocide. The elites had to either become Nazis or they were simply taken over by the fascists.
Obamas methods are different but done for the same liberal fascist purpose: the redistribution of wealth and the placement of tyrannical power in the hands of racial and ethnic minorities. Obama means to make the use of rule by executive order, a standard method under the US system of government. Congress so far has allowed it. Not good.
Obamacare is not meant to provide health care, its purpose is much more sinister.
Imagine a presidential executive order that denied health care to those with “obese children” or denied health care because one possesses firearms in ones home, both uncovered classes of health care risk? We are only one step removed from that.
There were a few articles posted here over the weekend about the cigarette taxes in New York State. They raised the tax substantially in 2010, and now the state is complaining that they're losing $400 million in tax revenue. Indian reservations and retailers in neighboring states are doing a lot of business selling cigarettes to New Yorkers.
So why in heaven’s name did the GOPe refuse to join Ted Cruz in using the Congressional power of the purse to shut down the government and put an end to this???
The GOPe is beyond useless and needs to be destroyed.
There should be no mandate for employees to provide health insurance......period.

I have learned in the authentic view of people like Winston Churchill. It’s never steered me wrong. Rather than live and watch the dissolutuion of my America through conflict during my twilight years, I have emmigrated abroad, although I do hope that is temporary, but if not, I guarantee you I will not be among those marching to the cattle cars because I wanted to hang on to what I had. I took what I had and legally moved it way offshore, like many others have done, much to the Obama’s IRS political wing of the Obama campaign’s frustrations.
I do not live under the tyranny of fascists, even liberal ones who have linked up with Islamofascists who are embedded in our very government. And if CW2 begins, I still have a trigger finger and a steady hand. As Obama has correctly figured, I will become a patriot like millions of others, AKA by Obama as a domestic right wing terrorists...that Obama himself created, and will wear that badge proudly while holding the cross hairs steady.
If Trump or Cruz wins, then to coin a phrase, “ I’ll be BAHK.” Helotes , Texas will be my home. And I am not alone. There are millions of us.

Self-employed here... the ACA has been a major pain in the ars. Forced to change insurers each year. It’s been an expensive and annoying process. My rates have climbed %15/year and the deductibles went atmospheric. $18k/year base premiums.
