The federal agency and Illinois school district reached the deal âbased on Student Aâs representation that she will change in private changing stations in the girlsâ locker room,â the report said. Since Student Aâs use of the privacy curtains is non-binding, legal experts say it is not clear what would happen if the student decided to change out in the open.
But even if Student A does abide by the arrangement, those who oppose the studentâs use of the girlsâ locker rooms say theyâre still uncomfortable with the settlement.
âWhen sheâs walking in and out of the privacy curtain, what happens when youâre in a state of undress?â a sophomore on the lacrosse team asked rhetorically, adding:
Then she is fully exposed to everything in the locker room. That was my main concern with the privacy curtain. Itâs not like thereâs a curtain around her face, itâs not like sheâs not looking at everything around her.
To accommodate girls who âwish to be assured of privacy while changing,â the district agreed to install additional private changing stations inside the locker rooms.
Those critical of the compromise say the school is giving Student A âspecial treatment.â
âI will always be respectful to Student A and will treat her like I would anyone else I know,â the 15-year-old sophomore told The Daily Signal. âWe all have to deal with inconveniences that we have to deal with, and I donât feel as though someone should gain special treatment over me and all other naturally born girls.â

Then it was shocking, now it's the "new normal" and it ain't gonna change until people take to the streets, make the government fear the citizenry, and reverse more than one or two USSC decisions.
People are happy with the 17th Amendment, this is where the 17th Amendment was bound to end up, with no voice and no protection for States or Individuals.
The freak demanding this special treatment is NOT a she!
Only scumbag sexual deviant Democrats would pass laws making it mandatory that boys and girls use the same toilets and shower rooms. Liberals are some sick bastards.
Gosh! Twinkie is not even comfortable undressing and
prissing around in front of a bunch of other women,
much less men! When in school, I took phys-ed one year
in high school; but pulled the shower curtain, then
got out quick with a big towel wrapped around me, then
into a dressing room quick by myself and shut the door.
Exited dressing room fully clothed. Husband’s only one
seen me nekkid these past 51 years!
I’m like Manny the Hippie on the Tonight Show. Manny was
once asked about nude beaches and he replied, “Man, I
look better in THREADS!” Don’t know what ever happened to
Manny.
“there is a test”
Old joke about three fellows, passing the last test, before becoming priests. One by one, they are told to undress, and tie a bell to their male organ. A stripper comes in, and does her thing. First guy’s bell rings, a minute later. “Off to the shower, you go, you failed”, he is told. Next guy lasts a couple of minutes, his bell rings, and he is sent to the shower. Last guy just watches, for a while, no reaction. “Congratulations, you passed ! Now join the other two fellas, in the shower”.
RING RING RING . . . .
All the girls have to do is point at it and laugh
At the debate on Sat night, Hillary didn’t even want to share the bathroom with another female.
Women got us into this crap. Now they don’t like it.
So fix it, women.
Transvestites are still doods, just creepy cross-dressing doods.
Destroying the culture and religion so they can replace it with the state.
With all the crap parents and students have to deal with in the public schools today and then they are handed this.
It amazes me what parents and students put up with these days.
Trannies can still be attracted to women.
I don’t blame the HS girls if they don’t want to see this in their bathroom?:
if his ‘attractiveness’ is to be an inclusion standard, then it follows that a good number of actual girls should be thrown out before him...
I’ve been out of high school for forty nine years this June, and I still remember some girls that made saltwater crocodiles look cuddly...
Women got us into this crap. Now they donât like it.
So fix it, women.
My compliments...among the most succinct and truthful statements I’ve seen, on any forum...but I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for women to go against ‘social community’ outreach...
One more nail in public school’s coffin. It won’t last another 50 years.
