The federal agency and Illinois school district reached the deal âbased on Student Aâs representation that she will change in private changing stations in the girlsâ locker room,â the report said. Since Student Aâs use of the privacy curtains is non-binding, legal experts say it is not clear what would happen if the student decided to change out in the open.
But even if Student A does abide by the arrangement, those who oppose the studentâs use of the girlsâ locker rooms say theyâre still uncomfortable with the settlement.
âWhen sheâs walking in and out of the privacy curtain, what happens when youâre in a state of undress?â a sophomore on the lacrosse team asked rhetorically, adding:
Then she is fully exposed to everything in the locker room. That was my main concern with the privacy curtain. Itâs not like thereâs a curtain around her face, itâs not like sheâs not looking at everything around her.
To accommodate girls who âwish to be assured of privacy while changing,â the district agreed to install additional private changing stations inside the locker rooms.
Those critical of the compromise say the school is giving Student A âspecial treatment.â
âI will always be respectful to Student A and will treat her like I would anyone else I know,â the 15-year-old sophomore told The Daily Signal. âWe all have to deal with inconveniences that we have to deal with, and I donât feel as though someone should gain special treatment over me and all other naturally born girls.â

in these circumstances, there is a test...... let the girls parade in front of the traanny and watch to see what happens. if it happens, out he goes, on his butt
Note the “homophobia” and “transphobia” thrown together.
In my observation (and unfortunately, experience), many of these “transgenders” say they are now homosexual.
In short, the guys want to be women, but retain their sexual attraction to women - thus now call themselves lesbians.
So the girls not only are being asked to share the bathroom with a mentally ill boy, but one who has sexual attraction to females.
Freeky sicko. Gawd.
I’m sorry but things are so screwed up I would cheer some girls beating the crap out of that troublemaker transgender (with the male genitals). Not PC, but the heck with it.
Simple solution.
But, maybe he ‘regressed’, and is sorry, and has a career all lined up as a Miss Universe contestant, ...
Or...As Huxley would say, “Oink! “
A heavy-duty hedge clipper in the girls’ locker room can be used to deal with unauthorized male sex organs in same.
Poor girls. It’s crazy they even have to argue this.
He still looks like a boy.
I am not going to be compelled to be involved in other peoples’ delusions.
If a person believes that their next door neighbor’s dog is talking to them and telling them to gun down innocent people, are we required to buy them a gun and bullets?
When will this insanity end!
You’d be having a whole lot of guys lining up to be “tested.”
Because these girls know that those *trannies* are really BOYS who are in their locker room.
They have every right to be and OUGHT to be uncomfortable.
It just doesn’t stop, does it?
This ping list is for the "other" articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)
The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.
Big Deal, Hillary didn’t want another Woman in the Woman’s Bathroom at the Debate last Saturday.
They are “Transist”, hence they resist....
Lady looks like a dude. (Apologies to Aerosmith.)
The girls should claim to be lesbians who would be deeply offended at having to look at a penis.
