it is a disappointment to see Goudy flip over the bribery side of the NWO. Everyone needs to be informed of this and elect Donald Trump. He may not be the best man alive to fill the position but he is the lessor of 15 evils, and he is a Patriot who loves his country. I think we need to hear from these politicians that it is the United Nations who is our enemy even more than ISIS or ISIL.
‘’Trey is one of THEM!’’
I’ve had an inkling along those lines recently. He’s a big talker and has done some good things in his home state, but has been quite ineffective with the Benghazi hearings. He has enough on PIAPS, et al., to implement some major changes and kick some Dem ass. But it’s just blah blah blah. When is my next state dinner? Is my limo on time? Where is the camera?
good God.

This was an eyeopener. I follow politics fairly closely but I did not know that Rubio’s parents weren’t citizens when he was born. He clearly was not born of parents who held an undivided allegiance to America at the time of his birth. Unless we are redefining natural born citizen by stealth he does not qualify. He is a terrible choice for President for many other reasons but the fact that there has been so little mention of his parent’s citizenship history is another example of the media shaping the message they want us to hear ... aka lying,
The definition of ‘natural born citizen’ isn’t defined in the Constitution. It has been defined and re-defined through law and case law over the years.
Rubio isn’t qualified or my pick for a host of reasons but this aint one of them.
Foolish article
I guess Gowdy is an amnesty man. All this time I thought he was a conservative.
Wouldn't this rule out Ted Cruz as well, then? Not only was he not born in the United States (Canada, instead), but also his father, Rafael, was not a US citizen until Ted was something like 4 years old.
Brave Sir Rubio ran away
Bravely ran away away
When the Budget reared its ugly head
He bravely turned his tail and fled
Yes, brave Sir Rubio turned about
And gallantly he chickened out
Bravely taking to his feet
He beat a very brave retreat
Bravest of the brave, Sir Rubio!

Confused? Thank Justice Gray. His job depended on it.
Marco Rubio is a 14th Amendment baby.
Neither of his parents were American citizens were Americans when he was born.
The 14th Amendment did not and cannot supplant or replace the qualifications for President.
Even the most liberal interpretation of natural born (ie born out of the country but with one American parent) does not match Rubio’s situation.
Jindal had the same issue, but he dropped out.
Trey is one of THEM!
Most of us realized that a Long time ago, when he put on all those Dog and Pony shows
Natural Born is no longer germane. The Congressional pass given to McCain and Hussein for the purpose of clearing away the controversy about the status of Hussein and his subsequent election.
The Constitution does not define the term.
You can't bootstrap blood from a stone.
Not long ago, Gowdy was the darling of FR, not so much now?
This entire article is BS, and the issue was settled long ago.
There are two types of citizens; natural, i.e. natural born citizens by law at the moment of birth, and naturalized, i.e.. those made as if natural later by application for citizenship and operation of law.
It has little to do with where they were physically born. For example, people born in CONUS to parents who both held diplomatic immunity representing a foreign power at the moment of the child’s birth are not citizens, even through they were born here.
The law is very simple. Cruz, Rubio, Romeny, McCain and others, were by operation of law, citizens at the moment of their birth, and are therefore entitled to be POTUS.
This article is perfect proof that too many people are ready to listen to anyone with a computer and a website.
Well, duh. This guy’s been a political do-nothing whore all along.
In the past few weeks, I’ve read on FR that the following are RINOs:
Rush Limbaugh
Mark Levin
Trey Gowdy
Bizarre.
I will say it again..and again..and again...
Trey Gowdy,
Listen to the oral argument before SCOTUS in the Nguyen case.
It is clear that SCOTUS do not agree on the definition and it is NOT settled law.
Not surprisingly, Ginsburg believes in jus sanguinis. But listen carefully to the discussion.
