Sharyl Attkisson, formerly an investigative reporter with CBS, recently launched Full Measure News. Those who have followed Attkisson on Twitter know that she has been relentless in her pursuit of stories that have been abandoned by the mainstream news, such as the Fast and Furious scandal and Benghazi.
Full Measure News was to be an independent outlet for investigative reporting, but tonight Attkisson is reporting that the entire Full Measure News account has been pulled by YouTube.

Since You Tube is a private entity, they are free to do this, it’s not censorship. It is certainly repugnant and the public should be intolerant of this arrogance behavior by the left wing media. This is why Atkinson has gone public with this dispute.

A friend knows a Fox employee. Says HALF the people that work there are Democrats. Granted, that’s better than the 98% at CNN, ABC, CBS, or NBC. But it’s hardly a ‘right wing’ network.

Both Fast and Furious and Benghazi have something to do with government, don't they? Sharyl Attkisson's beef with her fellow "journalists" and their employers (evidently YouTube qualifies) would most likely go away if government got out of the media business or the business of manipulating media.

And the government owns Google. and FB and Yahoo and...well, basically the internet. What they don’t “own”, they control. Which is the same thing. It’s part of the state run media.
This is an excellent example of fascism and it isn’t a right wing tenet. It belongs solidly on the left.

Not quite correct. Censorship can be done by anyone in authority. It’s only illegal when done by the government.
A censor is defined on dictionary.com as “any person who supervises the manners or morality of others.”
