Ted Cruz isn't afraid of taking on Donald Trump ...
Ted Cruz just refuses to engage in the NBC-desired 2012-Conservative Circular Firing Squad that would nominate (not elect) Yeb Bush ...
It's three-dimensional political chess ...

Trump made a big mistake when he didnât run against Hillary for the nomination.Thankfully Cruz has more class than many of his supporters on Free Republic

Let’s give this a few days. It may be accurate and it may not be.
Cruz has been working Iowa hard. We’ll see how it plays out.
I looked at those figures too, and you have to look at exactly what they asked to see why they come up with high figures on each of the candidates on the top sections.

Looks like I may have to poll myself again for a more accurate result.

You would have preferred Walter Mondale to run against Jimmy Carter because Ronald Reagan could never win.

Funny how most of the national polls have Cruz doing better than Trump against Clinton. So double Hoooray! The media is holding fire on Cruz. If he starts getting some real traction, they'll try to rip him a new one.
It's too bad Cruz is a distant 2nd, 3rd and 4th in many polls.

The media is holding fire on Cruz. Holding fire? Where have you been for the last 4 years. Cruz has taken fire. Do you think they have more? I think they have a lot more on Trump if it goes to the general. Trump definitely has more skeletons than Cruz. All the media is doing on Trump so far is reporting what he is saying, thinking that is enough.

Holding fire? Where have you been for the last 4 years.I'm sure they are holding on to his dad 'anointing' Ted as a 'King' to reign over the seven mountains of society.
That should go over well with the lo-fo's.

It didn't go over well with you?I wouldn't be in favor of a president seeking to place Christians in control over the seven forces that shape and control our culture - 1) Business; (2) Government; (3) Media; (4) Arts and Entertainment; (5) Education; (6) Family; and (7) Religion as sought by those favoring Dominionism.

If you did not mean it that way they will elect him. What is it. Are you denigrating the Lo-Fo voter or are you one?
