TheBlaze TV's Dan Andros and Jason Buttrill ripped into PolitiFact's recent article claiming Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (Texas) is "mostly false" for saying the most violent criminals are Democrats.......
The PolitiFact piece cites these reasons as to why Cruz's bold claim is inaccurate: the study didn't differentiate between violent and non-violent criminals, the sample only polled criminals from three states and the paper only studied "ex-felons" and not "criminals" - all of which Andros and Buttrill contested.
TheBlaze radio host Stu Burguiere said, "First of all, [PolitiFact] admits that research cited by the Cruz campaign supports their claim, but then they rate it 'mostly false.'"
"They say Cruz didn't separate those two - as if somehow if, when you take the numbers that proved him out to be right, that you take out the violent ones, or put in the violent ones, then - all of the sudden - it's going to make up the difference," Andros said of PolitiFact's claim that Cruz's campaign didn't account for violent vs. non-violent criminals......

Lastly, Burguiere asked Buttrill about what he described as the "dumbest point I've ever heard," which is PolitiFact's claim that the research is inaccurate because it only studied "ex-felons" and not "criminals."
"How ridiculous is that?" Buttrill said. "So, basically, what they're saying is,... 'Criminals, when you go to do the stick-up at the bank, make sure you declare your political affiliation while you're in the act of doing it.'"
"Of course you're going to look at ex-felons," Burguiere added. "You're either going to get people who haven't committed crimes yet or people in the middle of committing crimes - those are the other two options."

Surely, most-all criminals & ex-cons are not legally allowed to vote, but if they could vote, would certainly vote Democrat.
That's because, by definition, criminals are people who want something for nothing, and "something for nothing" also defines Democrat promises.
Why do you suppose that Democrats are always pushing legislation to allow voting by cons & ex-cons?
If those people were remotely likely to vote Republican, would Democrats even care?
"Every American should be deeply ashamed that we have more people in jail than any other country," said Sanders. "We are spending $80 million a year locking up fellow Americans." He also mentioned the disproportionate number of black and Hispanic individuals in jail.
In fact, Sandtown-Winchester leads the state in concentration of those incarcerated in Maryland, according to a study the Justice Policy Institute released earlier this year.
"We need to start investing" in communities "that are hurting," Sanders said. "Rather than sending our kids to jail, we should be investing in jobs and education."
When someone asked about ISIS, a topic Sanders' spokesperson reportedly asked the media not to broach, he said: "You want to ask me about ISIS, I'll talk about ISIS," he said; but, he added, his campaign stop in Baltimore was dedicated to those "often forgotten about" in our communities across the nation.
"We need fundamental changes in our national priorities," Sanders said. "There is an enormous amount of work to be done."
Politifact is the mutated baby born out of a liberal Tampa newspaper. It is the go-to guy for Democrats wanting to turn their lies into “fact” and Republicans’ truths into lies.
Hillary Clinton is "too big to jail"
"..... "She's too big to jail," said national security attorney Edward MacMahon Jr., who represented former CIA employee Jeffrey Sterling in 2011 in a leak case that led to an espionage prosecution and 3 1/2-year prison term. He cited a pattern of light punishments for top government officials who have mishandled classified information while lower level whistleblowers such as Sterling have faced harsh prosecutions for revealing sensitive information to expose waste, fraud or abuse in government.........
So what's stopping him and the Democrats? They run the cities where this is happening.
Oh, right, they want someone else to pay for it.
Only $80 million to keep criminals locked up, versus the billions that crime costs the economy? I would say that's a pretty good trade-off.
Also, if there are a disproportionate number of blacks and Hispanics in jail, doesn't that mean there is a disproportionate number of black and Hispanic criminals? Maybe it's time to look at why those communities breed criminality, hmm?
Top VA Watchdog Resigned After Being Caught ....... On The Job
December 6, 2015: ".........Reached by phone by The Daily Caller News Foundation at home, Wooditch denied everything, saying "I don't have any comment at all. I didn't resign, I just retired. I don't even know what you're talking about. I've never heard that, I've never done that."
Federal officials stalled on releasing the IG report after it was sought more than two years ago by this reporter in a Freedom of Information Act request. The Daily Caller News Foundation obtained the report last week through a source who is a current government employee.
VA IG spokesman Cathy Gromek told TheDCNF that "the current leadership at the VA OIG had no knowledge of this situation until very recently."
Gromek was puzzled by Wooditch's promotion after the 2003 workplace porn incident because Wooditch was a member of the career federal workforce's elite Senior Executive Service, which have "a critical element in their performance plans that requires holding people accountable for performance and conduct."
He’s probably just speaking of the MD inmate population (but I could be wrong).

I’d love to see who funds Politifact.
What funds Politifact are liberal rag newspapers. Nice gig if you can get it. Ideologically welded to liberalism and given a false provenance of impartiality they created themselves. Whenever they want to debunk something remotely conservative, out comes the “we’re impartial” routine.
He did fire her and he has publically stated the same along with comments about her unethical behavior.
Thanks, I think a review of that same list, say, 25 years ago would show many more states in the last categories, far fewer in the first ones.
Democrats have worked tirelessly to increase numbers of permanent Democrat voters -- whether felons, illegal aliens or, ahem, "walking-dead" voters. ;-)
So ... Sanders is saying that a criminal can be reformed? (But gays are born that way and can’t change.)
