Global emissions of carbon dioxide this year have stalled for the second year in a row, but scientists have warned that this does not mean the world has reached “peak carbon†with greenhouse gases set to fall year on year.
Latest figures on fossil-fuel emissions for 2015 show for the first time during a period of global economic growth that the amount of carbon dioxide being pumped into the atmosphere has remained stable for two consecutive years.
Scientists believe however that the unprecedented decline is almost entirely due to the economic slowdown in China, now the world’s single biggest emitter of greenhouse gases, which is likely to see a rapid return to growth in carbon emissions as its energy-hungry economy picks up again.

So after predicting that overabundant aerial CO2 would cause runaway warming, pulling ever more CO2 into the atmosphere, now they say a single country’s lowered input can plunge the atmospheric CO2 concentrations.
Man, they are making this stuff up as they go along. Which is fine because I understand their political agenda, but why to the sheep believe this bullcrap? They warmer conspiracy is so transparent, you have to be a willing dupe to believe what they say.
Temperatures stable, CO2 emissions stable. Oh no, what can we stir up now to continue those government grants to investigate something that is not happening.

Skipping past the whole GW/CC BS, steady to declining atmospheric CO2 levels is a disaster of global proportions in the making.
Below about 200 PPM average distribution, plant life begins to die off.
OTOH, CO2 levels will spike just before a long term temperature downtrend, and show as a lagging indicator in ice core samples vs.flora samples. This would be due to less flora to uptake CO2 to convert to O2 and carbs.
And this whole cycle is driven mainly by net solar output, and to a lesser extent geological events on earth.
Either way, the science is a moot point. GW/CC is a shakedown racket.
The dead-giveaway was when the term “carbon credits” was introduced.
This is why the energy markets are currently in chaos. Some group or individuals are trying to corner the energy market. Follow the money.
