When I lived in Colorado in 70’s, this was not the political swing. I know what happened.
Californication and drugs
BINGO. Thank you.
If only it were that easy to FIX those who WONT see...
His name is Trevor. My apologies for any FReepers named Trevor, but any Trevor I’ve ever met was a bit of a pansy.
Criminals will always have guns if they want one.
My guns are to have a chance to save myself in case I should meet up with a criminal who wants to shoot me!
"Being an asshole is not against the law. If it were we'd have to erect a fence around the state of Colorado and inform everyone they were in custody."
Paris has just the right type of gun restrictions which this moron advocates.
How did that turn out for them?
My guns are to have a chance to save myself in case I should meet up with a criminal who wants to shoot me!

Or to protect yourself from some gun grabbing Homeland Security/IRS Agent/Obama goon sent from DC to take away your guns.
Forget the temperature and guns: deport muslim sleeper cell terrorists.
To hell with these shootings,Look at the temperature in CA, people!!!
No, your comments are staggering. It just shows how stupid and ignorant people like you can keep your heads so deeply buried in the dirt.
I did notice on the ktla site yesterday that it was around 75 degrees during this “incident”. Surely that’s proof that this was climate caused.
Gun violence on the whole is going way, way down. Mass shootings are increasing, however.
It’s a real problem and there are no easy solutions. Some partial solutions should be obvious to anyone not politically blinded - many of them are specifically targeted to so-called “gun free zones” to minimize the chance of being killed before doing enough damage to become notorious.
Not sure that had anything to do with this incident, though, which looks more like an act of terrorism and less like the “look at me, remember my name” type of suicide by cop that marks other mass shootings.
Every time I see gun violence I decide whether it is a crime or righteously protected by the 2nd amendment.
I engage in gun violence all the time, as regularly as I can, and the objects of that violence are wooden and paper targets.
As a amtter iof fact I love gun violence. I have a right to perpetrate gun violence as long as I do not commit a crime.
You too can love gun violence. According to the 2nd amendment,it is your basic right if you are an American citizen, and it is freedom’s best protector. Trevor Hughes, of USA TODAY, the UN-American pussy writing this article can go F**K himself.
Did anyone else note the "tactics" of that ragtag gaggle of starlings made up of random "volunteers" from everywhere including the probation department and animal control. Had they run into an organized para-military unit, the casualties would be in the dozens. What was that keystone cops deal riding around on the outside of your armored vehicle. Somebody was making big assumptions about the extent of the threat. I'm sure it has all been assimilated in Fongoolistan.
