Is it now time to invoke Section 4 of the 25th Amendment?
Has our president officially lost his ability to discharge the powers and duties of his office?
Anyone who listened to President Obama speak to reporters in Paris on Tuesday would reasonably conclude it is high time to start drawing up the papers to transmit to Congress for his removal.
If you are one of the millions and millions of literate Americans out there who have simply tuned this president out the past three or four years, that is certainly understandable. But if you tuned in to the long, rambling, empty press conference, you would have been truly alarmed.

It’s the power of the presidency vs the Constitution. More importantly it’s also the presidency vs the bible.
Here is the way I kinda would like to see it go.
The man is a psychopath, as I said before. Get up in front of the cameras the top mental health professionals in the world and do a distant mental health evaluation. At that time, the shit hits the fan enough that he has to either get out on his own, or face the 25th amendment declaration.
Proclaim him NUTS! Then stand back and watch the reaction. The psychologists will have a field day. If he scoffs at it, which he will, it fits the very model of a psychopath.

It would take them longer than they’ve taken with Benghazi and for what? To make him a hero? Impeachment for democrats is to them like an Oscar. Bill Clinton should be ashamed for getting busted doing what he was doing while on duty in his government office - one way of looking at it

When he doesn’t use TOTUS, the teleprompter, he uses a lot of ums. In particular I have noted a long braying “aaand” at those times. He is not fit for the office in so many ways.
Yeah but the problem is Biden has been complicit in obama’s insanity, he has been right there supporting him every step of the way, they share the same insanity.
The entire obama administration needs to be deposed, that would put Ryan in charge but only for a short time.

The objective from now until November 2016 must be to constantly irritate Obama. Make him show his ugly nasty side every day until he cracks.

I think something very, very dire threatening the existence of the United States and Liberals themselves would have to happen before Biden could snap mentally to doing anything like this!
An example: .......”nuke goes off in NYC killing millions and Obama becomes incoherent and frothing at the mouth and what little mind he has snaps”....
Biden then, when faced with this scene in the Oval Office, MIGHT act.
Sadly, with Putin going nuts and Iranian Mullahs now having 150 billion to play with, this scene is not too far fetched!

Exactly- It is simply impossible to shame a liberal OR to cause those who support them to be ashamed for doing so- Even his wife who callously said “What difference does it make” and who wrote back to Abedeen her assistant, after just being told where were six dead Americans in Benghazi, said ‘Do you know where such and such a store is’? (can’t remember the store)- No mention of the dead Americans. Who lied repeatedly, was caught red handed lying, is still very popular with Americans

Absolutely true.
But that would be less damaging to the country than not removing him from office.
Obama gets a turn to declare otherwise, and then Congress gets a second chance to reconsider. It's up to Obama to prove his fitness, not the Cabinet and Congress to prove his incapacity.
