Todd Hennis claims EPA planned mine spill to usher in Superfund.
the Environmental Protection Agency-contracted crew's triggered blowout on his property, effectively turning the Animas River into an orange spectacle. He was speechless and horrified, but not surprised ...
I have been trying to make everybody aware of the dangers posed by the Sunnyside Mine pool for 14 years .. when I saw the pictures, I just felt my life was over. I just thought, Oh God, what did they do?
...
Hennis, for his part, has long maintained increased flows from the Gold King Mine are a result of groundwater seeping from the vast, adjacent Sunnyside Mine network after it was plugged, first in 1996.
...
Hennis .. claims the federal agency has enforced a complete takeover of his property.
They have been so thoroughly arrogant, incompetent, and frankly criminal in their outlook, that it is kind of like dealing with the mafia
...
These thugs just went in and took it over, and then told me we are not going to settle, screw you, we are on your land, and if you do not like it, we will go to federal court because you are not cooperating..
That is the same cooperation the Nazis expected from the people getting off the trains.
Hennis: Spill was intentional.
Almost five months since the spill, he is now convinced the EPA intentionally set off the release...

EPA. Thank you Richard Nixon.
The EPA is by far a worse crime against the Constitution and the American people than Watergate.

Three EPA caused spills in Colorado in one year. Three times is not accidental.

So, since the yellow orange waters of the Animas have been diluted with the waters of the San Juan, La Plata, Colorado and Green Rivers how does it look in Lake Powell?
Caught my first fish in the Animas on South Miller street bridge back in 1956 Farmington NM.

Apparently, mostly diluted before it reached Lake Powell. There was extensive water testing along the way.

Diluted but still contaminated.
Those people using the river for water will have to find a drink elsewhere.
Forget the fishes.
Oh and they’ll have to close access to the rivers and put the river and land under federal control.

Diluted Poor choice of words. That would be funny if it weren't so inflammatory.
It's the same language used for radiation in the Pacific.
You can't dilute heavy metals or radioactive particles. That's propaganda...

ANY creek-river-stream that shows as a BLUE LINE on a map is already under Federal control.
To: ridesthemiles
Of course, and they are pushing for any type of water.
However, this type of federal control means people won’t be allowed to even go there. For their own safety of course.

The EPA is a worse rogue than the IRS. It should have been shut down and/or reigned in sharply a long time ago. It is now completely out of control.

That they were out of control was evident long ago, but especially when they gave close to a million acres of Wyoming to the Wind River Tribe. (State boundaries cannot be changed without Congressional approval, for starters.)
Who is the EPA to give private property to a third party and thus change the governmental jurisdiction thereof?
(BTW, that included the town of Pavilion, where the EPA couldn't prove fraccing ruined the already bad water.)
