This reminds me of many of the Ponzi scams I’ve investigated in the past where the conman kept drawing more marks into the system then ran with their money going underground and leaving the suckers crying about how they got scammed. Advice for the countries who’ve been drawn into the “inner circle of knowledge about what’s coming next” - keep your money and save yourself a lot of time and trouble by getting away from that conman as fast as possible.
