Trump can do no wrong. Get used to it or you will be adjusted.
Whose *vanity* — YOURS or HIS ???
I wasn’t concerned when he said it cause he’s all for limited and vetted refugees. Limited in number and vetted as towards their immediate contributions to society.
It’s his theme. Accept what is legitimate and considered normal and very modest risk, but shut down when the more more more freeloaders start showing up.
That’s why he say’s:
“We’re going to repeal Obamacare [pause. then soft voice] and replace it.”
“We’re going to build a great big wall and Mexico is going to pay for it [pause. then soft voice] and we’ll have a beautiful gate.
Not if he’s changed his mind.
He was NOT talking about bring in terrorists. He was talking about truly innocent victim refugees. Only Christians would fit that description (my determination.” Try again.
I don’t recall Trump supporting any resettlement of refugees.
No lack of concern trolls on FR I see. LOL!
I’m sure you already know this but just for the few idiots who may believe your little two line vanity Trump said that when he heard we were going to bring 3,000 Syrian refugees to the US he reluctantly said well maybe OK. Then when he heard the number had been increased to 10,000 he said absolutely not.
Trump has loudly and repeatedly said if we bring any of these Syrian roaches here he will send them all back. Nobody else was saying anything until Cruz jumped on the bandwagon the other day.
But hey thanks for the concern. :-)
Like lots of other people, he likely thought that refugees meant refugees, not an invasion force of military age males. Look for a change in that attitude now.
Fair question. Actually it showed that Trump is WILLING TO LISTEN to people he trusts.
Like most (maybe all) of my co-workers, he was initially tricked by the media...but he quickly corrected himself when giving the truth, and has not looked back.
Certainly the kind of person that I want in the White House.
That was prior to knowing exactly who the refugees are.
Trump has always advocated helping the “refugees” by some kind of safe zone in or near their home countries.
Trump said, “Look, from a humanitarian standpoint, I’d love to help. But we have our own problems. We have so many problems that we have to solve.” - On Hannity Early Sep.
“I hate the concept of it, but on a humanitarian basis, you have to do something”. O’Reilly Early Sep.
No cause for concern. Next vanity.
