Last night at dinner a relative from NYC who described himself as a "bleeding heart liberal" opposed cutting off the immigration of Syrian refugees because in his view that would run counter to American traditions. He's a great guy, but that is a dangerous misinterpretation. We have no obligation to commit collective suicide.
What's more troubling is that supposed experts on the subject are voicing similar views. On today's State of the Union with Jake Tapper, Shadi Hamid of the Brookings Institution actually surmised that the Paris killer who made it into Europe was probably the only terrorist among the hundreds of thousands of refugees. "There's perhaps one refugee that was part of this out of hundreds of thousands. That's kind of a collective punishment, if you say, well, we're going to try to stop all refugees from coming in because of one person."

If I understand their point, committing an act of terrorism doesn’t necessarily make one a terrorist. That’s a huge leap from reality into the abyss.
I wonder if those lunatics who say, well, there are only a very few terrorists in the horde coming here, feel the same way about whether there is only one nuke in all of the shipping containers that arrive at a port near to them? I can hear them now saying: “gee, it was only one bomb that took out port of new york so why were we so concerned up here on east 57th ave”.
You just don't get it. It is not about compassion, values or any thing like that. It is about globalism, the Billionaire donor (that own everyone but Trump) the Wall Street Bankers and the big multinational corporation do not want nations with laws and borders, it's bad for business. So what we have now is a mass migration DESIGNED TO DESTROY US. This mass migration is not a mistake it is a tactic! Please get with the program, "we have meet the enemy and the enemy is us".
Similar to a regular commentator on CNN a couple of days ago who stated, twice, that 2/3 of the American people favor giving illegals a legal status.
It was an outright lie, based on all the numbers I have seen for the last decade. In fact, it is about opposite — around 70% opposing any kind of legal status for illegals.
But, it is media. They lie. That is what they do.
There is absolutely NO REASON these religious extremists should be allowed into America without proper citizenship. Even then they are potentially STILL very dangerous.
It is the radical Obama-pandering politicians that want these Democrat voters into America to change out demographics. I say BS -— no f@@@ing way.

So it went from no terrorists to 1 terrorist. But how would he even know this?
The bigger point is that on Obama’s watch the Middle East has deteriorated to the extent that millions are dead or fleeing, at the cost of Western civilization.
