ITHACA, NY -- Hundreds of Ithaca College students and supporters gathered at the center of campus Wednesday to demand the resignation of college president Tom Rochon and an overhaul of the structures at the campus that they said make students of color feel unsafe and excluded.
The protest, which began around 1:30 p.m. and attracted at least 750 people, was in response to what organizers said were a series of incidents that demonstrated cultural insensitivity and exclusion of certain groups.
I agree and I am hoping every sane white, every Christian and every conservative gets their butts out of these insane asylums. That include students, administrators, professors and staff.
Exactly. What a mess. The country is going to collapse.

Ahhhhhh... the students, always sheltered from all perceived 'harm', never challenged as children, always receiving a trophy, raised by hovering 'helicopter' parents.

Glad I am doing my college education online. Advised my son, who goes to a Northeast liberal institution to stay as far away from this as possible and to tell his frat brothers the same thing. At this point it isn’t their fight.
My son’s response? “Make America Great Again.”

This stuff was either met with silence or celebrated when it was “right wingers” being targeted. They shut pro-lifers down and drummed conservative lecturers off campus with impunity.

Exactly. The Dems must energize and mobilize college students so they can vote for Hillary, free tuition, and excuse college debt. The Dems always manufacture racial strife prior to the elections. It is part of their playbook.
Yep. They should have told this whiny petulant children who call themselves college students that they don’t have the right to not be offended and to get out if they don;t like it. They caved to their demands and not they want more and more. Let them eat their own, they deserve it.
This is what happened in colleges across the country in the 60’s.
Only difference is the college administrators back then had the stones to push back.
