Appearing as a guest during the 5:00 p.m. hour of CNN Newsroom with Poppy Harlow on Sunday, liberal CNN political commentator Marc Lamont Hill declared that "the greatest lie in American history is the myth of the self-made person" as he answered a question about why GOP presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson is so popular with white Republicans.

Gosh, Marky, you're right - Michaelangelo's Mom nursed him and slapped him on the butt so you really can't say he did the Sistine all by himself.
Liberals. Drop 'em in a maze with all right turns and they'd starve to death.

Is Dr. Carson not popular with black Republicans?
On one level he is correct. No American has ever been a self-made person. Every one has had a mother and a father (in most cases, married to each other).
But there are plenty of examples of Americans who started with nothing or very little and made great successes of their lives--Benjamin Franklin, Cornelius Vanderbilt, Andrew Carnegie and a host of others.

Well, if somebody made everybody, then I think this moron has grounds for a lawsuit.

Some people are more ambitious than others. Get over it.
Or even better, start rubbing either two hands or two braincells together yourself and make something.

Existential Cage Theory - An idea whose time has come
Get a cage
Put the liberal in the cage
Weld the door shut
Walk away
Think of it as a zoo. We keep dangerous things in cages. People go to see dangerous things and remember that they are safe because dangerous things are in cages.
Then, if we feel frisky, we can turn the tables on the dangerous liberals and fling feces at them.

Waste of a perfectly good cage that could be used on a more deserving creature, like a rabid dog. Mulch em.
