Everybody knows the only reason why so many black people spend so much time in prison is because there are no jobs.
This is Article of Faith Number One among reporters and public officials and pundits who, on the one hand, deny black crime is a problem, then on the other, insist it is a problem that is all about jobs.
So every single one of these job-loving apologists must be livid that the president just said he was going to stop the construction of the Keystone pipeline.
Just think of the tens of thousands of jobs that those work-hungry prisoners are going to miss out on. They must be upset too.
And how often have we heard the president himself and his cronies drone on about jobs, jobs, jobs every time they talk about the incredible level of crime among black people.
All the time.
Ferguson, Baltimore, and other scenes of large scale black mob violence and criminality are just more examples of what desperate people do when they cannot find a job.
Sound familiar?
So get ready for the anger, right?
Wrong.
Not one of those people give a damn about the jobs at the Keystone pipeline. Or anywhere else.
...
Sure, a few union stooges will stand up and put on a perfunctory performance about what a tragedy this is. But it's all kabuki: They will be throwing trash cans full of money at Democrat PACs next year, just the way they always do.
Pipeline or no... Jobs or no.
This president is ending his administration the way he began it: In total ignorance about what a job is. And who makes it....

The community activists who talk about jobs for negroes are talking about government jobs where you can sit at a desk and not do anything for years and then retire with a fat pension. There just aren’t enough of those jobs. The Keystone pipeline?? [scratches head] what’s that got to do with anything?
Black people are, for the most part, political children. They certainly vote on skin color (ie. 96% for Obama) and they are easily swayed by fantastical race-theories, anti-conservative politics, and any Santa Clause promise of a government program which is going to pass out more free stuff, regardless if things continue to get worse before their very eyes.
Most women, regardless of race, appear to be political children, too.
I think that explains a lot of their voting behavior, but that’s a subject for another thread.
Stop “positive-patronizing”, Mr. Flaherty. Black people know nothing about XL, nor do they care. They care about what their liberal masters tell them to be concerned about, and this is not one of those things...
used to be you had to be a landowner to vote,
not a sucker fish.
Hands Up Don’t Drill!
Must be?
Like how many of them were even going to apply for a job that actually involves real work like this anyway?
One of the plot points on the TV show Sanford and Son back in the 70s was that Fred’s son actually went up to Alaska to work on the pipeline (to explain his absence from the show). That was fairly accurate as many young guys jumped at the good pay despite the extreme weather.
These days, you would be hard-pressed to get one guy from the hood to get their hands dirty with a pipeline that would be built in the lower 48!

Go to a construction site—even in Washington D.C.—and you will find that Latinos make up the majority of the labor.
They don’t get mad at Emperor Obama for any reason. He is one of them.
They want handouts, not jobs. This has always been the problem.
Blacks...Jobs? Sure, when white people have them to pay their EBT cards.
“Ban the box” is aimed directly at them. They all have a brother or a cousin how can’t land a make-work federal job because of their rap sheet. Hillary is really pushing this. She’s saying “if you vote for me I’ll expand the federal bureaucracy and make you all eligible for jobs that have a salary but don’t actually require any work.”
The gibsmedats and dindoos take their cues from Bath House: a shiftless, lazy, entitled, thin-skinned, check-the-box president operating out the back nine at the local golf course.
WE'RE the ones that give a damn because WE'RE the ones paying the freight for those who don't give a damn.

That ain’t just GOOD, it is DAMN GOOD.
