Houston, we have a problem.
That's the message supporters of the Houston Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO) are sending after voters rejected the measure Tuesday by a margin of 61 percent to 39 percent.
The controversial measure would have established nondiscrimination protections for LGBTQ people in the city, among other groups.

“They are only 2% of the population so I am going to go with .5% who actually follow the NFL.”
NFL is porn to fags.
The Super Bowl is a television event controlled by the NFL. Compared to the broadcast rights, the NFL makes very little from the 80,000+ butts in the seats at the game. Since they control the cameras, there is little chance of the protesting whiners to have their complaints visible to to viewers. This is less than Martha Burke at The Masters.
Good.
Bring it on, NFL.
There will be a whole lot of your product being dumped.
I’ve already made that choice: your crap is anathema to me.
Go ahead, declare war on truth: you’ll lose.
If you've got a schlong, this is where you belong.
the precedent has been set in Charlotte
In houston, they can hang queers by their heels from the balconies of the stadium
“Why did the citizens of Houston elect this militant gay mayor in the first place.”
Houston is quite full of dumbasses. You have to get outside of
beltway 8 before there is ant semblance in intellect. The
villages are ok but in general Houston is full of morons.
I see two problems here.
One, are you really stupid enough that you don't recognize a landslide when you see it?, and...
Two...there are probably 25 faggots in the US that have made plans to go to the Super Bowl. What makes you think that a boycott by them, or any faggot, is going to make a difference? Every queer in the US can decide not to go to Houston and nobody will care.
These LBGT perverts are really impressed with themselves, aren't they?
I personally make it policy not to visit Houston, Austin, and the other Progressive ghettos in Texas .... there are much nicer places here in Texas without the Progressive BS.
The whole butting into other people’s business part is the sick part. Most other people would not care less.
Boycott? That’s laughable. Like transgenders and faggots go to the Super Bowl anyhow.
There’s a reason why they’e called “The Lavender Mafia”.
CC
And didn’t a boatload of ‘displaced people’ from New Orleans go to and then stay in the Houston area??
You’ll more likely see a transgender wide receiver first.

Y’know we could take this completely off the transexual agenda if we labeled our restrooms with “people with penises” and “people with vaginas” respectively. Of course, until just a few years ago “men” and “women” were just as unequivocal until the freaks started making balloon animals out of gender references.

Indeed they did, and after a short settling down period, crime went down in NOLA and went up — A LOT — in Houston.

Back in the day the steers out numbered the Queers In Houston. But the steers got skittish and left town.
Roger Goodell must go.
The NFL pulled the Super Bowl out of Arizona because we had a Civil Rights day and didn’t officially observe Marty’s birthday. That’s when I parted company with the NFL. Haven’t missed it a bit.
Yawn
