The Republican candidates not allowing the media cartel to determine the agenda. Gingrich and Cain did it once last time, and it was great, but it did not catch on that cycle.
This needs to be the tone for debates negotiated in the forseeable future.
Now negotiate how much of the money the networks get is proportioned to the various campaigns...
If the nomination process has devolved to the candidates and fundraising has devolved to PACs, what role does the RNC have?
I guess they still hold the Republican Convention, but what’s to stop the candidates from taking that over, too, and run it over Facebook, per Ben Carson’s suggestion?
declare we are having a debate in X City with A, B and C moderators and put the broadcast up for bid...Have conservatives, or at least honest moderates who have some conservative positions just taken over the party apparatus from the N.E. cheap labor express RINOs?

The RNC has previously decreed that any candidate participating in an unsanctioned debate is barred from further sanctioned debates. Could this whole scenario be a trap for conservatives?
