No, that's Andrew Zimmern. He is funny and can instantly reply with a great line off the cuff. Bourdain overdubs all his lines after they get back home and someone writes them out for him.
I recall a little midwest town in the 80s almost shutting down after an illegal at a fast food joint gave out free hepatitis to many patrons.
People tend to miraculously find new jobs as soon as the unemployment checks stop coming. That is, before Obama, when they used to stop coming.
Gee I guess they would just have to hire Americans.
He’s a disgusting Low-Lifer.
Great. Send them home. For once I won’t have to worry about eating something someone has handled with God knows what on their hands.
Another trick is to start a job, get themself fired, and then point to that as proof that they’re unemployable.
I’ve been a QA at a couple of places, and I’ve seen people pull this stunt. Many will even tell you to your face that that’s what they’re doing.
Decent employers don’t like firing people. It costs money to train someone and get them set up, that’s an investment that companies don’t like to see going to waste. As a result, I have watched people go to ridiculous measures trying to get themself fired in a way that won’t hurt their benefits application.
So restaurant owners are running their restaurants on the backs of illegal aliens? Dare we say exploiting illegal aliens?
Ah, and that would be the secret, wouldn't it. If Trump gets to be President and deports a large percentage of illegals, he will also have to shut off the welfare spigot. Otherwise, Bourdain would probably be right.
I think Trump knows this, of course he does. He's just smart enough not to say it.
