I hope not.
Levin seems to have really cooled on Rubio quite a bit, but Hannity brings his name up fairly often as if Rubio is some sort of answer to any actual question.
Hannity apparently does not yet realize that Rubio is dead in the water with a lot of voters.
This doesn’t sound presidential.
Everyone has things that we don’t like about our job, but to give up to push for something better isn’t a plan.
Chances are he will hate the job as president too.
Maybe he is saying that he hates the Senate to tap into the anti Washington vibe among voters?
“So ... he decided to totally suck at his current job and not even make much of an effort ... because hes angling for a more senior position? Poor strategy.”
I haven’t had an opinion about Rubio but this finishes him as a presidential candidate. Floridians elected him to the Senate to be their representative. Now, he’s taking their money and not representing them. This behavior says he doesn’t have the strength of character to fulfill his obligations. He should resign from the Senate now and go on his way to whatever life he chooses outside politics.
I call them phony Rhinocerous too. Or it could have been a typo. Take your pick. :)
And, at one time, a good one.
George P. Bush is going to have to work for a living now as TX land commissioner now that Pop is dropping out.
This must be a Republican CINO “I’m A Dollar-a-Day Man who really doesn’t need the job’ poor work ethic thing.
Good! FUMR and your support of amnesty.
Horse’sAss.
Next...
Another one bites the dust. Hopefully he will quickly fade into well deserved obscurity.
And what with HEB leaving the race tomorrow?
What a bunch of bitchy little girls.
THANK YOU DONALD TRUMP!
I don’t know what the hell the pundits were talking about with this being the “strongest Republican field ever.” These guys, Trump and Cruz excepted, are weak, weak, WEAK. Trump just walks in cold from his TV reality show and smacks around these career politicians like a red-headed stepchild at their own game. It doesn’t speak well of politicians in general. These aren’t our nation’s best and brightest, that’s for sure.
I miss the XFL. Am I the last one left who does?
Sounds childish to me. Not interested in another president who doesn’t show up.
They haven't passed amnesty, and that bugs him.
>>I miss the XFL. Am I the last one left who does?<<
I had some XFL jerseys I bought.
It was a great idea, but too messy for American tastes.
But I, too, miss it.
That's kind of the way I read his quote also.
Geez. I had high hopes for Rubio. He seemed like a rising star: cute as hell, articulate and passionate. I didnt realize he was astoundingly stupid.
For a guy with such promise, he really killed it. I think he was too close to that contagion John McCain and a Linda Graham.
