Russian warplanes are conducting dozens of sorties in Syria to target terrorist forces in the country. The airstrikes are being conducted day and night, keeping militants under constant pressure.
The aircraft launch their combat missions from an airbase south of Latakia. The jet flames pierce the Arabian nights sky as Su-24M bombers prepare for take-off.
Meticulous reconnaissance and advanced instruments make sure the airstrikes undertaken at night are as precise as those in day. Advanced Su-34s find it just as easy to drop their devastating cargo into the dark nights sky.
The jihadists have to sleep with one eye open due to the continued barrage of Russian bombs. Russia says demoralizing the enemy is a key part in forcing foreign fighters out of Syria

Shock and Awe. Just waiting for Putin’s opposition to call this a quagmire.
You mean his opposition to killing terrorists here on FR or his opposition in the world at large?
So sad for the poor terrorized terrorists...so sad.
Virgins served 24 hours/day, V. Putin, Proprietor
I’m stunned that the resident neocons aren’t here on this thread calling for the USA to shoot down those pesky Russian bombers that are bombing their pet terrorists...
Tactical nukes would save on bombing runs.

Something to add about “Syrian Observatory for Human Rights”.
My understanding is the above mentioned entity is a one-man operation out of the UK. This person, apparently, has not been in Syria for some 15 yrs. But many articles on the web quote this person’s ‘reports’. There is more, maybe best left for another day.

Just waiting for Bathhouse Barry and his Team ISIS to do the same!

You are 100% correct. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights is a one-man band. The head of the organization, Rami Abdulrahman, fled Syria in the year 2000 and hasnt been back since. He lives in London and runs his operation from his house.
The MSM Propaganda crowd treat this man as legitimate, they never ask him how on earth does he get his information. Obviously this joker just makes crap up and the MSM Propaganda crowd repeat it as it fits with The Agenda.
Rami Abdulrahman reminds me of the Iraqi’s who had fled Iraq in the 1980s and had never returned and had been living in London for more than a decade, they were all over the media telling everyone they knew Saddam has this and that, yet it was never asked how they knew since they hadn’t set foot in Iraq since the 1980s.
Again the MSM put them on air, as what they spouted fitted The Agenda.
While Bammy flies his drones with spitguns.
Pray America wakes
Bump!
Comparatively, Saddam was actually an open book. Israelis bombed Osirak nuclear facility he was building in the 1980s, which coincided with Iraq-Iran war.
I agree with you though. A difference is the situation in Syria is much more twisted; unlike the 1980s the propaganda has wider, more instantaneous, global reach because of social media and the internet.
Is that the key to keeping bombs from blowing you to little snackbar bits?
Don’t the Russkies have a Harry Reid equivalent to declare: “The war is lost!”?
If the terrorists call for a "cease fire" do you think the Russians will listen?
No sarcasm tag needed and effem.
I can ping Greetings Puny if you want my man.....he’ll be here with bells on
...and into the lines of millions of refugees waiting to enter Europe.
Regards,
