I'm still laughing after coming across this.

I don’t know if Trump is settling down in the pols or not, but a breather might not be a bad thing, imo.

He’s had what can be called a meteoric rise from the start and, like a stock that soars out of the gate, needs some time to consolidate and do some backing and filling for awhile before it resumes its upward trajectory.

The Donald has put all important policies and positions out there for everyone to see, even the ones who deny they’re there. He can’t be copied or even emulated with any credibility, so a rest won’t hurt the campaign.

A pause to refresh would help in the long run, it seems to me.

I am far from being a Trump supporter. But if either Trump or Carson should withdraw then I’d say it should be Carson, hands down. I honestly don’t think that Carson has the slightest idea of the magnitude of the problems facing this country much less how to solve them.

What a joke. Iowans said no such thing. That Trump rally was huge the other day. Carson has NO chance to win the nomination.

Now we know why, all at once, the polls are being screwed with.

Let's see what they say after reading Carson, would eliminate the program that provides health care to 49 million senior citizens, as well as Medicaid, and replace it with a system of cradle-to-grave savings accounts which would be funded with $2,000 a year in government contributions

That headline is a complete lie and contradicts the actual story.

The story itself is nothing but 3 misspelled paragraphs talking about a poll that says nothing about who should drop out.

Gee the headline title can’t just read ‘Carson tops polls’... No but “who should drop presidential bid?”.
Yeh, right. They think we are all idiots. Works on the mindless Dem drones—not us.

who the top choice when voters are asked which candidate they’d like to see drop out of the race.

Makes sense. Each person who supports somebody other than Trump, thinks that HIS candidate would become the front runner if only Trump dropped out.

Here is today's RCP Poll. It's pretty clear who should be dropping out and it isn't Trump.

Here's my Should Be Bye-Bye List:

Christie
Paul
Kasich
Jindal
Pataki
Santorum

And, until that happens, I would put only the top 5 on the Big Boys Debate. The Little Boys and Girls Debate would be Fiorina, Huckabee and Paul. That is certainly the debate split we are heading to.

The Bloomberg Politics/Des Moines Register poll says:

See, nobody likes you! You should leave.

How the freak is Carson so high? He’s a flip-flopper, naive about many matters, and boring to boot. I cannot believe this to be accurate. He’s a nice guy and all that, but “nice” has nothing to do with anything.

So 2nd place should drop and the other eight single-digit candidates should stay?

Iowa should not be a religion only consideration and I think at worst Trump would be a mild favorable.

The problem I have for Carson is he hasn’t had success beyond charity foundations and his surgery.
I think he is a great guy and if he gets elected a governor or to the Congress or Senate for a couple of years he could be good.

Whereas with Trump, he has shown through past statements and in book amazing discernment regarding foreign affairs and business, both of which are paramount in the skills we need for the next President.
Trump has paid lots of salaries, built lots of things and we need to build the country again.

Cruz also is a great guy who IMO has been so slandered by the press and by both his and the Democrat party that he has become a pariah to many voters at large.

I'm so glad I ran away from home at 17 when I lived in Iowa and left the state.

Idiots Out Walking Around. That's what they are there.
