I have no faith in congress. The republicans have a way of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, and Clinton was able to weasel out of one of their hearings before.

“If I had a chance to go back in time and make changes, of course I would. I would do anything to save their lives, but at the time I made the best decisions I could in the context of the information and intelligence that we had.”
She will likely be dressed in very ‘sober’ clothing, and her demeanor will have been coached to be ‘strong but not defiant’, ‘empathic but not overly apologetic’.
etc. etc.
And yes, of course, anything that could trounce her story will be met with an “I don’t recall”.

If she doesn’t get perp walked in the middle of her testimony, the entire thing us a sham. Which of course it is.

[CNN and all of the leftist media know that Biden’s decision not to run clears the path for Hillary. Thus, these hearings will turn out to be much ado about nothing — and closing the issue from future reference.
Recall that Romney would not use it in 2012. The GOP nominee will likely follow the same. After all, she will claim she has already been vetted on the issue.
It does give her a stage to continue to claim victim status — the Vast Right Wing conspirators out to get her. She even has backup from 2 loudmouth GOP Congresspersons who claimed the Benghazi hearings ARE supposed to lower her polling numbers.
Sadly, the real conspirators are the the Media and the politicians who may give her a stern frown as they issue their ‘nothing to see here, so let’s move on’ final report. That will pave the way for Hillary to be giving the acceptance speech as the Dem Convention.
