Her bump in the polls was due to Trump attacking her for her looks rather than for her positions. Once that died down I expected her support would fade back to normal.
I think you’ve raised a good point. The strategy sounds reasoned.
I would suggest that Cruz would be a much more effective guy to loft.
He would seemingly draw from Trump. They know they can knock Cruz off in the primaries anyway, (Democrat, Independent, and moderate Republicans voting against him) so what’s to loose.
They loft Cruz, tank some of Trump’s numbers, hopefully bring Trump down enough that he can’t get the nomination, and the Leftist of their choice waltzes in.
I’m sure a couple of women indicated they might vote for her, then got back onto the Dem plantation. Sarah Palin showed how effectively the Dem media could neutralize a female on the GOP ticket (and she was worth a lot more than Carly).
I think they fear Cruz, and will not give him much air time, there has been a blackout on him since this campaign began. If he does get any additional airtime at the debate it will be due to other candidates dropping out. The problem with the MSM’s blackout strategy is once other candidates drop out Cruz will get more exposure and more air time. I also feel that Carson’s numbers are going to start to fade after the 3rd debate, I don’t know why, but I have a hunch that tells me that his support is weak.
Carly’s 15 minutes didn’t even last 7 minutes. Just go away and screw up another company.

Keep the dream alive! Hope springs eternal. However be well prepared for a deep disappointment.
If FioRino would lipstick on her entire lower lip, her poll numbers could skyrocket. She should display her large lower lip with pride. Trying to hide it comes across as “what else is she hiding”?
I think she’s on her way out. This isn’t good. (for her)
First of all, I never thought she had as much support as they were claiming.
It just didn’t make sense.
