WASHINGTON (AP) -- House Speaker John Boehner is signaling that he'll move must-do legislation to increase the government's borrowing cap before he leaves Capitol Hill.
The statutory cap on the government's so-called debt limit needs to be raised by early November, the Congressional Budget Office said Wednesday, confirming a recent warning from the administration.

I think that was the deal, obama has been holding Boohooner hostage with some scandalous activity he was involved in, to get out from under his hostage taker Boner resigned, obama allowed him to do so under a couple of last conditions, one is the debt ceiling raised, another is his replacement must be another Rino who obama has sufficient dirt on to be controlled, other conditions will be apparent when another Rino is selected as Speaker. (very important to obama another Rino is selected, completion of obama’s fundamental transformation hangs in the balance)
