“Cold Anger” ACTION ALERT – RNC/GOPe Changing Delegate Distribution Rules….
Consertive Tree House ^ | 10/12/15 | Sundance

Posted on 10/12/2015 5:38:29 PM PDT by DaveinOK54

This is an ACTION ALERT for those of you following the RNC/GOPe road map and actively engaged in following the maneuvers within the Republican Party.

Previously we shared the RNC rule changes which modified all primary elections between March 1st and March 14th 2016 to make delegate distributions “Proportional” based on a percentage of the vote. All contests held on or after March 15th 2016 were then winner-take-all (or some assembly therein).

GOP primary 2

The construct of the 2014/2015 rule changes were specifically created to make the pathway for Jeb Bush and block any candidate who was able to garner a “movement” coalition, or what the RNC called a “momentum candidate” (ie. Non-Jeb) To assist in that endeavor the GOPe road map entailed a “splitter strategy” to fracture the vote and create the pathway for Jeb Bush.

However, as most are well aware, since Donald Trump entered the race the RNC/GOPe road map was thrown off track and modifications to the original plan have been ongoing over the past several months.

This alert is to highlight what the RNC and State Republican Parties are doing behind the scenes right now as they modify the rule changes, adapt to the risk that is now Donald Trump and Ben Carson, and try to assist the establishment candidate Jeb Bush.(snip)

The GOP is every bit my enemy as the Democrats.

+Have you read the article ?

It is difficult for me to read because it is one of those interestingly dry subjects I'd rather have someone explain to me than for me to actually read it.

As best as I understand it, the REPe can jerrymander and change the parameters of what the delegates will look like and when, because they can change those lines and definitions right up to election time

If I'm wrong ... I REALLY want it explained to me.

Sorry Norm,

The “facts” (and his nibs, Harry Reid himself) say Romney was defeated by conservatives who just didn’t vote.

When challenged about one of his lies about Romney, Harry said, “We won, didn’t we?”

I remember that old epitaph:

“Here lies the body of Norman Gray,
“Who did defending his “right-of-way”.
“He was legally “right” as he sped along...
“But he’s just as dead as if he was wrong.”

I think that’s about it, more or less, I’m not sure exactly how it works, but the fact that the gopE is trying to screw us, is really pi$$ing me off.

Hi Norm,

And if there is no “conservative” — as you define him — in an election, how does NOT voting protect America?

Why would any politician take seriously the concerns of a citizen, who chooses to NOT vote, while he still has the right to do so?

The thing is those who are criticized for demanding ‘ideological purity’ have been right all along.

Its all the squishes who’s only requirement is the R by the candidate’s name who’ve got us into the fix we’re in.

Trump is not as ideologically pure as Cruz. But he is "conservative enough", and currently appears much more likely to win. Therefore he gets my support.

Don't vote for a proven LIAR. The establishment candidates have all blatantly lied to their constituents. The unproven liars are more fun on the campaign anyway

If you haven’t noticed, they don’t really like the voters.

There was a nice little racket going, but the voters keep screwing it up.

I stand by my prediction, the GOP/Dem machine will do anything to keep Trump out.

Hillary is a proven liar, but the Dems don’t care..

So the election will probably match Hillary against one of the current GOP primary candidates.

I love Trump, Carson, Fiorina and Cruz.

I like Rubio and Christie.

I hate Bush, Kasich, Pataki, Gilmore, Santorum and Paul.

But I would vote for ANY of them to be sure that Hillary was NOT elected President.

I expect that the folks who started pushing “Don’t vote, send the GOP Establishment a message!” as a strategy, were all Democrats, hoping to play a dirty trick on some gullible Republicans.

PROOF: Did Romney’s defeat CHANGE anything at the GOPe?

The choice between:

“Elect Hillary”

and

“Send a message”

just doesn’t seem that hard.

It's INTENTIONAL.
It was studied, and the DemocRATS discovered that, by having those elections on Different days, they WIN.
Also, by doing it this way, they 'milk' more money out of the system that goes to LAME STREAM MEDIA (read LIBERALS) to "pay" to get the candidates' messages out.

If you want it CHANGED, then we MUST take over LOCAL government FIRST !
Then work our way up to the National Level.
That's the way to CHANGE the rules of the 'System' .

Well there’s a source of unimpeachable integrity. Harry Reid also clams to have been beaten by exercise equipment.

I can see why you believe in unicorns.

Simple. A person that doesn’t vote can be inspired to. It’s standard behavior for electioneering. The pol goes out and EARNS the vote he desires. The voter, one with a molecule of intelligence, does not simply give his vote ‘just cuz’.

Whats amazing is that so many of you remain among us despite not understanding that foundational idea.

What continues to amaze me is the obtuseness of otherwise intelligent FReepers when it comes to voting for “lesser evils”.

Sooooo, zzeeman...

What are YOU doing to ensure Alan West is Florida’s next Senator?

He would certainly give McConnell more “heartburn”! Maybe, he’d even break the grip of the GOPe on the Senate!

So! What are you doing?
Anything?
Organizing?
Writing letters?
Raising money?

Anything at all?

[sound of crickets]
