Rep. Steve King (R-IA), the chairman of the House’s Conservative Opportunity Society, endorsed Rep. Daniel Webster (R-FL) for Speaker of the House on Wednesday evening.
King wrote in an email to his House GOP colleagues, obtained by Breitbart News, on Wednesday evening:
I have listened carefully to each of the candidates for Speaker in multiple forums and watched each of them closely over the years. I have concluded it was the right thing for me to nominate Daniel Webster for Speaker last January and it’s the right thing to support him again for Speaker. I believe he will bring a principled, member-driven approach and transform the culture of the House. Daniel has a proven track record as Speaker of the Florida House and an excellent record opposing amnesty. He is strongly pro-life, pro-marriage and pro Constitution. I hope you will join me in support of Dan for Speaker. Don’t forget he has an excellent political name.

THis is a pretty good endorsement, along with Goehmert...shame no strong conservatives will step to the plate though.

But then Speaker of the House is pretty much the same thing.

The solutions to our worst problems are simple.
Solutions are not what “they” have in mind.
According to these ratings....Chaffetz looks a lot more conservative than Webster.
I know folks have questioned why Chaffetz removed Mark Meadows from his committee assignment (after Meadows dissed Boehner).
I heard Chaffetz say something today (on Hannity) that if McCarthy fails to get the votes, tomorrow....then it goes to Oct. 27th (?)/3 weeks, for the next vote.
About 35 years ago, he was my Sunday school teacher in Orlando (Pine Hills). In spite of wrestling with what God wanted him to do (go into politics when he had a successful business and family), he was an excellent role model to the teen Ingtar. After this much time, I would trust him.

It’s not perfect, but as the saying goes:
Don’t sacrifice the good for the perfect.
He looks acceptable to me, too.
We also no longer have a two party political system. We have one Socialist Party. We have two wings of that Socialists Party. The Democrat Wing and the Republican Wing. In 2012 the Democrat Wing completed and perfected their election corruption/ stealing process. They will put the lessons the learned in 2012 in 2016.
So, they’re offering up a Boehner guy, a Romney guy, and a Jeb Bush guy.

I respect Louie Gohmert as much as anyone in the House of Representatives, and heard him declare his support for Dan Webster as Speaker. Judge Gohmert acknowledged that Webster is not as conservative as he (Gohmert) is, but said that he knows Webster well and believes he will be a good and fair Speaker.

Mcarthy sold out the Ca Gop in redistricting to spare to his own seat.
He killed off the Ca Gop chances tonstop Gov Brown left wing agenda.
Bonehead removed from his committee seat for not voting for the k street crap.
I don't anything about the Utah rep.
But McCarthy is worse than Bonehead !
He must be stopped.
Boehner has a higher lifetime ACU rating (83) than Daniel Webster (79). McCarty has a 89. Chaffetz has a 92. Chaffetz would be the best choice among those running IMO.
Chaffetz: Jewish?
