I would say they’re 60-40 against the Republicans. 70-30 within a year of a presidential election. 100-0 in 2007,8.

"I'm just like you but better."
I'm not a big Trump fan, but that slogan seems much more appropriate coming from the mouths of most Democrats, especially Hillary and Obama.

"funny how I dont see them attacking Hitlary Clinton or Bernie Sanders,"
If Sanders were a Republican, they'd go after him hard, portraying him as a senile, doddering old fool.

Keep in mind: liberals are bullies, and since they control the media, they can pretend that they aren’t by calling everyone else bullies.

Darrell Hammond does a good Trump (and Bubba of course), unfortunately they committed to go with their current cast guy for the season. I miss him.

Those of us who watched the first five seasons religiously, noticed the drop off in good writing and great skits.
When I watch today, it’s almost painful it’s so bad.
So yes, you can make fun of those of us who remember when it was cutting edge rather than a jumper’s ledge.
What’s up with the literally five minutes at the beginning of the show when they read off about thirty regulars, who can’t produce a laugh every ten minutes?

The SNL skit on Palin was actually pretty tame. It centered around Palin (played by Tina Fey) exclaiming the now famous line "I can see Russia from my house!"
However, Palin never said this in real life. Yet amazingly, the whole country, including many conservatives who should have known better, assumed this was something Sarah Palin herself actually said.
I think Palin could have done a better job rebutting that perception.
Maybe she got bad advice from the McCain people but ignoring it was definitely the wrong thing to do as she became associated with that silly line and it was allowed to define her as a frivolous and "not ready for prime time" candidate.
But I don't mean to single out Palin. Republicans in general have allowed themselves to become punching bags. GWB was the prime example of this. He was ridiculed and marginalized for years and never once fought back.
Now Donald Trump is a fighter and yet many conservatives now accuse him of being "thin-skinned" and overly sensitive. But this "smash mouth" approach seems to be the right one as Trump has not yet been "Palinized" and remains a strong contender.
Even tonight, it took Trump maybe 28 minutes to start putting up Tweets about SNL tonight.

Especially when you consider Trumps desire to create jobs for the common man, the the Liberals could care less about anything but communism and the next election.

If you make it to Saturday Night Live, you have made it. They probably will make fun of Hillary too. They did in 2008. She is on tonight so they will send her zingers for sure.So being an SNL joke is good for Trump, but bad for Hillary.

And let’s not forget Bernie’s little rape fantasy script he wrote many years ago, not a peep from the media, but he were a Republican that is ALL we would hear about
To: DoughtyOne
From its very inception, modern leftism despised the "petty bourgeoisie," those ordinary people - merchants, craftsmen, and tradespeople - who had the indecency to enjoy a decent lifestyle.
The left wants to destroy the middle class and replace it with a proletariat utterly dependent on a governmental, technocratic, and entertainment elite. That's what they always do.
Socialism is elitism; they despise the notion of a Jeffersonian, propertied middle class. They want to make the masses renters. They want to make the masses too poor to want to reproduce. They want to make the masses stupid and pliable.

I last watched an entire episode of SNL about six years ago, when I was with my mom recuperating from surgery. In 90 minutes, I think I laughed once, and it was a “7” laugh on a scale of 10.
