Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton took offense to remarks by House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy that the ongoing House select committee investigation into the Benghazi attacks is hurting her campaign, and used members of the U.S. military as political pawns in disparaging the probe.
Clinton appeared Wednesday on MSNBC’s “PoliticsNation” and told host Al Sharpton that McCarthy’s comment “demonstrates unequivocally that this was always meant to be a partisan political exercise.”
She then claimed the pursuit for answers to why four Americans died in the attack is somehow an affront not only to those who lost their lives, but to all members of the military.
“I feel like it does a grave disservice and dishonors not just the memory of the four that we lost, but of everybody who has served our country,” Clinton said.
But veterans weren’t buying the political spin that it’s disrespectful to expect Clinton to answer for her role in Benghazi.
A number of vets took to social media to denounce Clinton’s “flippant” attitude about Benghazi. Here’s a sampling of responses from Twitter:

The Clintons never do anything unless it involves money. Bill was recently rushed to the mic b/c Hillary’s big-buck donors are holding-out.
LA TIMES REPORTS Her Super-PAC—”Priorities USA”— had a lackluster first quarter, raising just $15 million (a big chunk of it coming from Hollywierdos).
BILL WAS COACHED BY HILLARY'S FUND-RAISERS TO SAY: “She is being attacked by 16 Republican campaigns and super PACs run by the Koch brothers, Karl Rove, et cetera. She needs resources to respond and put out a positive message. The super PAC is critically important at this stage of the campaign.”
At the first glance of this topic, my thought goes to the great line from the courtroom scene in “Animal House”: Blow job, blow job, blow job!

And there's Hillary's annoying way of bouncing back out of trouble.
Hillary's sub rosa political ambitions were in deep doo-doo when Bill
got lewinskied. What to do? Easy. Blame it on conservatives.
Hill went on network TV all decked out in virginal pearls,
denying everything, blaming Billy's B/J on "an invention of
the VRWC." Bill later admitted to it, was impeached, and disbarred.
How touching that a woman who by outward appearance has no sense of "Duty, Honor, Country" can presume to speak for us Veterans.
If I might suggest, actual examples of "disservice and dishonor" are lies (more than a few), deceit, cover ups, and failing to honor those who currently and formerly served to protect this Great Country.

And why did they attack that outpost at that time? Random?? I don't think so. They knew that Stevens was there because Hillary told them so by allowing her server to be unsecured. They KNEW he was there! I want her to answer for that!

Dishonors the military?!? Does she think we and they are THAT stupid? Can you imagine the military waiting for the orders to head to Benghazi but being told to stand down! We worked int he Stuttgart (EUCOM-HQ) are for 20 years. We KNOW what was going through their minds! This is crap and SHE knows it.
Hillary has no shame feelings but she does have some very good plastic surgeons.
She met with Al Sharpton of all people to rant about the investigation hurting her campaign. Boohoo Hillary. What difference does it make? You’re going to spend a long time in prison, hopefully with Barky as your cell mate. BWAHAHAHAHA
