Amid conflicting reports about Moscow targeting U.S.-alllied groups in Syria, GOP presidential candidate Carly Fiorina said late Wednesday that she backs military readiness against Russian forces.
“I believe we must tell the Russians that we will conduct [and] we will secure a no-fly zone around anti-Assad rebel forces that we’re supporting,” she said on Fox News’s "Hannity."
“Does that mean we might use force against Russian jets?” host Sean Hannity then asked. “Well, hopefully not,” Fiorina responded. "Hopefully, if we are signaling clearly to the Russians are intention, it will not come to that.”
“But if it does come to that, I think we must be prepared,” the former Hewlett-Packard CEO added.

Carly’s shrill warmongering reminds me of other women who try too hard to show that they’re the alpha male in the pack, such as rookie female cops who get off on busting your chops when you’re pulled over for speeding or some other minor traffic violation.
I never understood this fixation Clinton-type liberals and McCain-type neoconservatives have with Assad. He's obviously a brutal dictator, but so what, since that describes about half of the leaders of most Third World countries, especially when they have a civil war on their hands. What has he done specifically to threaten the United States? And is it really wise to try to overthrow a secular dictator when the alternative is either anarchy or radical Islamism?
Exactly. She's threatening Putin with a military force maybe equivalent to the average midsize African nation.
This happens for one reason: A power vacuum created by lack of actual American leadership. Because of that, we have to start talking about engaging Russian fighter jets.

Listened to Trump this morning on this issue and listened to Fiorina last night.
I choose Trump.
In fact, over the last week, , it is clear beyond a shadow of a doubt that America’s only serious choice for President in 2016 is Donald Trump. It’s our only chance.
Not because I particularly love Trump. It’s because Trump is the only candidate with the demonstrable skills, moxie, and cojones to pull America out of its death-spiral.
Willing to start WWIII just to show she’s a tough female.

Obama sees ousting Assad as a higher priority than defeating Isis.
Similar to Merkel willing to destroy Europe to “feel” like a Mommy.

Whoah girl....Russia has been an ally of Syria for over 50 years.
We don't even have diplomatic ties with Syria. We closed their Embassy in DC and sent everyone.
We have no interest nor do we belong in Syria.
