Nuclear annihilation across the globe. This is what a German reporter who successfully embedded with the Islamic State says the terror group is planning.
Jurgen Todenhofer released his findings in a book titled “Inside IS - Ten Days in the Islamic State,” reports the UK’s Daily Express.
“The terrorists plan on killing several hundred million people. The west is drastically underestimating the power of ISIS. ISIS intends to get its hands on nuclear weapons,” says Todenhofer, calling the group a “nuclear tsunami preparing the largest religious cleansing in history.”

I personally know people involved in the EMP testing being done by the U.S. Army. I have toured the U.S. EMP test site

Your experience definitely TRUMPS mine! Odd how I suddenly feel strange writing that word, but it fits.
I just think that the book is vital not so much for the lasting effects of EMP whatever they may be, but rather for the forward thinking it requires of the survival mindset needed to last through any disaster that may take an extended amount of time to recover from.
The false idea that if you live in the rural areas, you're going to be "fine" because of the isolation from larger cities and an abundance of animals... The need to think about critical care patients like those whose meds require they be kept cold or who may need power to run medical equipment. Or the requirement for large burial sites or those who will band together to form criminal gangs bordering on militias to take advantage of the chaos. Katrina scenarios on steroids.

I absolutely agree with your thought. A few months supply of food, prior consideration of how to deal with water and sanitation, and talking to your neighbors would go a long way.
The power grid is likely our most vulnerable point, and it is vulnerable to both natural and man-made EMP.
If the grid goes down, millions may die, and mostly for a lack of simple planning. The Federal government wasted trillions on the “stimulus” but did not invest a couple of hundred million that would have made the grid nearly impervious to EMP.

Exactly. And I point out the dangers of concentrated central power along with the worship of political false idols to my liberal friends. It does make them pause and actually contemplate. They’ve just been too brainwashed for too long to think logically and historically so they need lotsa help.
Liberals are very difficult to talk to. They resist facts, go off on tangents, distort positions, and love taking an isolated problem and making it sound widespread. One thing they don’t like is to be asked questions such as “Can you name any of Hillary’s accomplishments?” Questions often stump them because they’ve only been programmed to attack.
True. They don’t think for themselves, all they can do is spew back what they’ve been programmed for . . .
