This is a call to action, melt the Pentagon phone lines and tell them in no uncertain terms that America will not send her sons and daughters to serve in an immoral military. Call the Commanding General of the USAHRC and demand this decision is reversed. Challenge the new Secretary of the Army to explain to us if he agrees with sexual abuse of young boys in the presence of our Soldiers. Email and call your congressional representatives, Republican, Democrat, Independent, and tell them to unite against this injustice against US Army Green Beret SFC Charles Martland.
I dont know what disgusts me more, the actions of the Afghans, which are to be expected
or that of our U.S. Army, which should not be expected.

What has happened to the military academies?
Now, more than ever, good people need to join. We can’t leave the military to the left to become just like some fedgov agency.
There's your problem right there. When a big-government globalist who went to extraordinary lengths to avoid military service says something like this, I usually just burst out laughing.
There's no reason for any principled conservative to enlist in the military in a nation as fouled up and dysfunctional as ours.
I suspect there’s something more going on here. Is it possible that American Army homosexual personnel were involved in this Afghani pedophile ring? And they’re throwing the book at the guy to warn others not to report? a cover-up? I have a suspicious mind.
Yep, that’s the way I’ve been seeing it. Somebody (and I don’t think Hussein himself is that smart) has created a no-win situation for patriotic Americans-join a military which is being destroyed as a strong fighting force, in which effectiveness as the first line of defense is off the list of objectives, or don’t join and hasten the takeover of it by these forces. Having to choose, I fall on the side of “don’t join”. All anyone does by joining is become complicit in such evils as being forced to ignore the rape of children. The leadership is slowly-not so slowly, now-becoming nothing but Hussein’s creature.
I think that is the intent.
I think another Civil War is an inevitability.
respectfully disagree. never will influence change from the outside, salt and light. the republic is dead if we say it is and allow it to die by our inaction and non-participation.
as a man stil associated with the army on a daily basis, I can tell you t he rank and file of enlisted, NCO and officer do not agree with the policies in place, and they remain the thin gray line holding back the brutal flood of political correctness.
never a better time to be counted for something than simply complain while doing nothing.
I hate to break this to you, but this article demonstrates that you can’t influence change from the inside, either — especially since the U.S. military has become more of a globalist mercenary corps than a legitimate institution for national defense these days.
Question: They won’t let women into combat so will the gays be allowed to wear skirts into battle?
it seems to outsiders looking in, that the US military has basically become an all-gay, all the time thing
I believe you are correct...
Many of the greatest legendary fighting units in this country’s history were those who didn’t answer to some @sshole in the White House. I’d include the Green Mountain Boys of Vermont, Daniel Morgan’s Virginia Riflemen, and the Texas Rangers among them.
Indeed it is.
This is what happens when promotions are politically motivated
Oh, I'm sure there is definitely interest in this story amongst some in the msm....interest in how they can get a piece of the action.
The US military does nothing on it own, so clearly the problem lies with the administration ( as always). Change the admin- change the way the federal government in total operates, that simple. Don’t become a hopeless hater because the current admins have knocked over the bucket.
Yet, I too agree that there eventually comes a breaking point; a deliberate reading of the founding documents establishes clearly the right of the people to determine things when the prior means established have failed, but that is a very serious issue. We all (either tacitly or implicitly) swear allegiance to the US Constitution, never an officer of any branch of the government.
And as a citizen I will CONTINUE to vote for people that match my conscience. It is one way we can take it back.
Sitting out is a coward’s way out
Perhaps we should begin Patriot self defense camps for young people. If young men won’t enlist, at least teach them the basics of communal and personal self defense.
I bet there are lots of ex-military that would love to run programs like this.
2. If you read the Constitution, you'll see that even the basic notion of a large standing military has no place in this free nation. If I were to enlist in the military and my first assignment was anything other than a post on the Mexican border to protect this country from an ongoing foreign invasion, then I'd say my military service is a pointless waste of time and energy.
In this day and age, it very well could be.
