Pope praises Iran nuclear deal as 'proof of political good will' in UN address

UNITED NATIONS: Pope Francis on Friday threw his support behind Iran's accord with major powers as he backed a goal of global abolition of nuclear weapons.

The Iran agreement "is proof of the potential of political goodwill, exercised with sincerity, patience and constancy," Francis said in an address to the United Nations.

"I express my hope that this agreement will be lasting and efficacious, and bring forth the desired fruits with the cooperation of all the parties involved," he said.

Francis made his remarks a day after a friendly welcome at the U.S. Congress, where many Republican lawmakers have vehemently criticized President Barack Obama for negotiating with Iran, an enemy of the United States and Israel since its 1979 Islamic revolution.

In his U.N. address, Francis also appealed anew for the protection of Christians and other people persecuted by extremists in Syria and Iraq.

Muslims have previously been there and done that. That is the reason that the Vatican has a wall around it. The muslims conquered the Vatican previously.

Don't forget that the Mediterranean was the Sultan's bathtub at one time. Hundreds of thousands of Europeans were kidnapped and put into slavery by the “religion of peace’. The grandfather of the first Senator from Florida was raised in a Moroccan harem. He was the grandchild of Rachel Levy, daughter of an English physician and concubine in a Moroccan harem. Rachel was on a ship bound for the West Indies when pirates attacked, took her prisoner and put her up for auction in the Moroccan slave market.

Those who forget history are prone to repeat it. Replacement theology has birthed this warped view by many Christian groups. They believe that Christianity has inherited all promises to Israel, and hence have no regard for Elohim's chosen people. They ignore all the promises contained in the Old Testament for the Jews. They forget that a Jew (Yeshua) will eventually rule the world from Jerusalem.

They forget that Yeshua said repent and turn from your sins. Instead they want to continue in their sin and declare that good is evil and evil is good. It's like groups that say that once they confess Christ that then they can take part in all types of sin specifically condemned by the Bible. In fact this view specifically points to their lack of salvation.

So many Christians feel like Lot living in Sodom. This may really be the last Pope. He has endorsed the immigration of those who hate Christ's Church with a passion. Once Europe is overwhelmed, will there be a Pope? I pray that our nation will come to its senses, stand against islam, and stop this insanity that is leading our nation away from its Judean Christian heritage.

He sides with Israel’s enemies all the time .
Why ? He doesn’t care about Israel and her right to exist in peace on her OWN land .
He doesn’t view it as Israel’s land .
He doesn’t believe the bible and the promises God made to Israel are valid .
He doesn’t believe Jesus is returning to SAVE Israel

Uh political good will, so if all chants kum ba ya, although folks are murdering each other and christianity is being crucified. We have a problem in todays world seeing with clear God given morality. I know the pope wants to limit the backlash from islam being criticized on the christian community. This to me is cowardice..now the popebis afraid to stand and declare all paths besides Christ as false and liesl if the truth is never spoken, the light fades..look familiar? God formed the usa to spread Christianity as His only true path to Heaven, now he is showing us what happens when people and nations turn from Him.
