Several years ago a genius held up a bank shortly after 5pm on a Friday. Being across the street from FBI headquarters, he found himself looking at the muzzles of a couple dozen FBI agents, who were cashing their paychecks.
it isn’t illegal to conceal carry in a bank in Colorado, or a church, liquor store, bar, voting area, police station entrance, or store with DESIGNATED KILL ZONE sign. i have club meetings in a police station and a couple of us carry plus i am an election judge and carry.
Or...if they get shot by a customer.

I don’t know if the bank I ‘service’ has a rule or not but the Mgrs know I carry and I have told them that don’t count on me unless someones life is in grave danger.
I also told them that at my age, a ‘heart attack’ is not unheard of - if not expected - so if I am rolling on the floor, screaming, crying etc don’t worry as I am just getting into the best position to intervene.
I think of that story in NYC where the COPS had a dude somewhat surrounded and ended up hitting 4 or 5 bystanders when they opened fire.
With them it is just an ‘OOPS sorry about that’
If WE were to do that they would be out of the woodwork (and rightfully so) to put us away...
I drop deposits at the bank so I guess I would be considered an
UNDOCUMENTED WORKER
for the bank -—as I am a ‘self owned company’ contracting for the company the bank contracts...
Damn...
It is illegal in our state, but I know that people do it anyway.
""Texas judge with an all-access CHL ... "
Any reason why being a judge elevates your life value above mine? Can a mere member of the citizenry obtain that "all-access" CHL?
Just wondering.
My life means no more than yours. The Legislature decided that judges and prosecutors should be armed if they wish to be, and I’ve chosen to be what Dave Grossman calls a sheepdog. Want one? Go to law school and become a judge or prosecutor. Easy.
