FOXBORO -- We know Patriots quarterback Tom Brady reveres Bill Belichick, and on Wednesday he put his head coach next to God. Kind of.
With Pope Francis stateside, Brady was asked about the Holy Father and laughed when posed the question, "You rank Bill or the Pope higher?"
"In Bill we trust! You kidding me?" Brady answered.

Let the Brady hating begin....
(It is a joke....)
I might too.
South Park episode 1, season 11
KYLE: “so you’re giving up? What would your hero say, and what;s his name?”
ERIC CARTMAN: (sigh) Tom Brady
KYLE: and what would Tom Brady do?
ERIC CARTMAN: He would cheat and lie, and get away with it, laughing at that a**hole commissioner because lying pays as long as you believe in it.
When his devout, Catholic father was asked how he felt that all three of his grandkids were born out of wedlock, he answered, “kinda deflated.”
Still not better than the old John McKay quote:
“Coach, how did you feel about your team’s execution today?”
“I’m all for it”
Basically the liberal sports media is now just trying to write headlines to further their anti Brady narrative.
I mean what are the two most divisive subjects to discuss? Religion and politics. Last week was about Trump. This week about the Pope. This is no accident.
The Pope is merely a man, just like any other. And knows a hell of a lot less about football than Coach.
Tom’s was wanted, from what I understand. He just didn’t feel the need to get married.
True. He probably thinks you play football with a round ball.
True - and three, four Tight End sets would boggle his mind....
I am liking Tom Brady more and more
He was joking folks:)
Love it...maybe he believes as I that the Pope is a joke in God`s eye.
I love that Brady has endorsed Trump as well...AWESOME
The Pope is a big Michael Sams fan no doubt.
