Hugh Hewitt interviewed Donald Trump today. The interview took place during the first two segments (about 22 minutes including commercials) of Hugh's show. It was friendly and covered several subjects.

So Hugh go bitch slapped and decided to play it straight up this time around.
No. Hugh did not get bitch slapped. And he did play it straight the first time.
So you thought it was OK for Hugh to play Trivial Pursuit with Trump?
Hewitt was smitten by the Mitten...
Trump is not Willard, thankfully, so he doesn’t count with Hewitt...
He didn’t play Trivial Pursuit with Trump. He just asked him questions.
Stupid questions he didn't ask Snarly Fio-RINO during his friendly game of softball with her
Trump counts enough with Hewitt that he keeps having him on his show. And Trump obviously likes Hewitt enough that he obliges.
In my experience of listening to Hewitt, I’ve learned that he plays fair in his interviewing.
Hugh was exposed as an establishment hack
and became fearful when he
found out his career was at stake.
Asked Trump to please give him a second chance
Trump said OK, I won’t crush you like a bug
Whatever you say, Jack.
Hugh Halfwit is a Romney loyalist going as far as 2006.
Hewitt got used by CNN to give them legitimacy. He was a token commentator. Tis interview was much better in terms of more respectful towards Trump. Trump knows how to command respect.
Not getting much respect on this thread EveningStar. I stopped listening to Hugh but that is all I have to say here. Like whom you will. :)
Bfl
Thanks. :)
Well, I thought the question about the Quds...or whoever it was....was snarky. I’m thinking Hewitt figured Trump wouldn’t be able to answer correctly.
He didn't play fair the first trump interview.
But I am more than OK with that, as Trump showed Hewitt which of them had the brass ones, and who didn't have any.
Since then, Hewitt, realizing that he was playing the role of a steer, changed his tune.
Give Hewitt credit for playing fair this time. And because he played fair, he got some nuanced stuff like using the Indians as a counterbalance to Pakistan. And we got Trumps favorite topic, Loony Kim III - I am sure the Japanese and S Koreans are happy to hear someone is taking notice. I look forward to seeing who is his national defense team is.
