Carson needs to stand his ground. It is not that he thinks a Muslim cannot be president if he could defend the Constitution. It is just that he questions whether a Muslim could in fact defend the constitution.

Obama is a president that should have been impeached a long time ago if we had real statesmen and women in Congress. If Obama has to put up with many of the people of the US making fun of him, then he can consider himself lucky.
Members of CAIR should return to their countries of origin.

In a society less uninformed, CAIR’s criticism would be worth a minimum 10 point bump in the polls.

Odd how we never read about anyone or any group insisting that a Dem step down.
Remember Trent Lott had to give up a position because he wish Strom Thurmond well on his birthday?
Newspapers were running polls.
It was relentless.
Yet Former Klansman Robert Byrd dropped two N-Bombs on National TV and....crickets.

Basically C.A.I.R. IS the Muslim Brotherhood as I understand it. They are terrorists, and shouldn’t be allowed to participate in anything within our borders. They should all be ejected from this country quite unceremoniously.

I don't CARE what CAIR thinks. They are a bubbling organic stew of mucus from the anus of a diseased pig, garnished with the turds thereof. Their thoughts and words are blots of filth splattering an otherwise clean white cloth.
OK, let's have a count of hands: how many other people actually care about anything CAIR says? Post your replies with a "Hand Up" or "No Hand" title, so we can count easily.

Carson made his statement in an interview on NBCs Meet the Press on Sunday morning, explaining he does not believe the values of Islam are consistent with the Constitution of the United States. Carson is 100% correct. That is not to say that a Muslim is not eligible to run for POTUS, because many Muslims are eligible to run.
But who wants to vote for a politician whose religious values are NOT consistent with the Constitution of the United States?
