Barney Frank: Joe Biden 'doesn't look presidential'
Boston Herald ^ | 9/18/2015 | Joe Dwinell

Former Bay State congressman Barney Frank had harsh words for Joe Biden yesterday, saying the vice president isn’t suited for the Oval Office and should stay out of the 2016 White House sweepstakes.

“There’s something about him that doesn’t look presidential,” Frank told the Herald when asked if the veep should jump in the race. “It would be a mistake for him to do that.”

Frank’s comments come as a top Biden backer was reportedly overheard this week saying, “I am 100 percent that Joe is in.”

Frank also blasted Vermont U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders, saying the self-described socialist doesn’t have a chance at the Democratic presidential nod.

“He’s not going to be the nominee. Most Democrats will realize that,” Frank said. “Having been a socialist would make it impossible to win the presidential election.”

Hillary Clinton, according to Frank, can still walk away with the nomination, especially if she can separate herself from the lingering email scandal.

“If six months from now no emails surface, the issue fades” and she “will win the Democratic race,” he said.

And if Donald Trump becomes the Republican nominee, the former secretary of state will waltz into the White House, Frank said.

“The Democrats win big if Trump wins the GOP,” he said. “He’s incoherent, abusive.”

Democrats: A real “sick joke”.

In other news, once again, the powerful North crushes the Southern Rebs. DJ Seamus insulted me, was subsequently “set afire” a la Sherman, and surrendered.

Reconstruction is gonna be brutal. “40 acres & a mule” is replaced with “40 lashes & an irma”.
