Coulter has been going after Adelson and Zuckerberg. I think that she is infected by grievances and has been spending too much time reading her friends at VDare.com, some of whom have a problem with Jews, or have a puerile interest in attacking Jews or Israel as a revenge on leftist Jews, many of whom don’t care about Israel.
Meanwhile the dissident right as a whole has been infected by the cuckservative trend of childishness and grievance. Cuckservative is short for cuckold conservative. It was started by white nationalists, who believe that conservatives are standing by as a non-white America is being created. Because it originated with white nationalist, the term has been used not only to attack open-borders and pro-immigration people, but has taken on an openly antisemitic tone. For too many, any support of Israel is cuckservatism.
Of course, rational people supporting lower immigration and buildign a wall would not post screeds about the need fo rIsrael to be diversified, or claim that Americans who support Israel are cuckservatives. Rather they would suggest that we follow the example of Israel. Grievance is destroys rational thought. Antisemitism rots the mind and soul. Coulter should apologize and grow up.
The question was about how the world would change. It is hard to mention the Middle East without mentioning Israel. Are these candidates also reaching out to evangelicals? Sure. But Israel and America have many of the same interests here. We have overlapping interests on terrorism, preventing the creation of a Caliphate, and preventing Iran or more Sunni nations from getting nuclear weapons. (A nuclear Sunni Pakistan is problem enough!)

Now, since you provided that link, let's consider what Trump is saying about immigration. Last night he said that we should throw them out and let the good ones back in. Previously he has said we should let foreigners stay in the country if they want to attend college.
Let's compare the positions:

A merit system that deports everyone, forces anyone who wants to return through a legal process, and which also tempers their movement back by imposing standards new standards such as insuring they aren't going straight on the dole.
It's not perfect, but the winner here is a no brainer.

Of course we don't have to agree with everything Israel does while still supporting them. But anti-Israel in general? If a person is that, then I believe anti-Semitism---at least to a degree---is involved. I don't know why else anyone would be against the only democratic country in the region.

I used to be largely anti Israel while thinking I wasn’t antisemitic. The problem was that I wasn’t finding any issue where I agreed with Israel and noticed that the Jews I agreed with were all far left non practicing Jews who hated everything Israel stood for.
I was ignoring the parts of stories that didn’t fit my belief of the poor oppressed palestinians. I started looking at Israeli sources. I saw a video of Israelis delivering medical supplies to Gaza and I saw palestinians with guns refusing to allow medical personnel to take the supplies which were then burned in the street.
If Jews have the control over America that I once believed, they must really suck at it.

Interesting...you know, every time there’s a natural disaster somewhere, you can usually count on the Israelis being among the first, if not the first, to arrive with supplies and medical help. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen Islamic countries contribute to such efforts.
Actually one of the more impressive things I’ve seen Ted Cruz do.
He went into a situation believing he was among friends and found them to be hostile to our friends. It would have been easy to pander a little to ease tensions but he didn’t. He stood firm and told the facts and left them to think about it on their own.

So Gabriel's family was very much like the Christians at Cruz's gathering.
Until that particular event made the media last year, I really didn't know that Middle Eastern Christians hated the Israelis. They're missing some important Scriptures...
