President Obama will apparently test just how far Pope Francis notorious tolerance will go by inviting a rogues gallery of people opposed to Catholic teaching to greet the pontiff at the White House during his visit next week.
In a stunning show of political indecorum, Obama has invited a series of individuals who publicly flout Catholic teaching, including a pro-abortion religious sister, a transgender woman and the first openly gay Episcopal bishop, along with at least two Catholic gay activists.

Since Jorge also opposes “Catholic teaching” he will feel right at home.
This pope probably requested this audience.
There is no excuse for Obama’s continued rudeness.
I’m not a fan of the pope, but this is embarrassingly inconsiderate.
Gosh what a surprise. o.O
He just loves to poke his finger into other peoples eyes, doesnt he?
Obama knows no bounds on Rudeness and Disrespect to Catholic Christians.
Neither does this Pope.
“In yo face mo fo!”
This is all by design. The pope’s protocol staff should tell Obama that the pope does not meet with the enemies of the Catholic Church, but they won’t because Francis is a communist idiot just like Obama.
I wouldn’t be at all surprised. This Pope is not a true Catholic.
Has 0bama ever invited opponents of radical islam to meet with his terrorist buddies in the muslim brotherhood?
Obama should light up the WH in the colors of the gay flag. If he’s going to flaunt his views to embarrass the Pope, why go half way?
Agreed.
That won’t happen.
This pope and his roadies will accommodate anyone anywhere.
When he was invited to one of the communist countries in South or Latin America (can't remember which) their leader invited a radical priest, and JPII had him on his knees begging for forgiveness, and he made it very public.(right in the reception line). I'lll see if I can find the video.
I’m sure he would invite the same people to greet the supreme leader of Iran.
soebarkha and the hospitality of islam.
I remember that. It was a great moment. Looks like Pope Francis has taken the opposite tack:
It would appear that the old communist is quite unrepetant.
“”It is through Fidel Castro that the Holy Spirit sends us the message. This message of Jesus, of the need to struggle to establish, firmly and irreversibly, the kingdom of God on this earth, which is his alternative to the empire,””
