A Missouri man suspected of fatally shooting a Kentucky state trooper was an active supporter of the "Black Lives Matter" movement who advocated against violence, a Facebook page shows.
Joseph Thomas Johnson-Shanks, who was shot dead by police Monday morning, appears to have regularly posted videos and articles on police shootings under the pseudonym "Jay MileHigh," Vocativ reported.
On that Facebook page, photos appear to show the 25-year-old St. Louis man attending a funeral service for Michael Brown, who was shot dead by a Ferguson police officer in 2014. It also shows him attending local protests in the days and weeks after.
In several photos, Johnson-Shanks is seen with his hands raised in the air with the caption, "hands up don't shoot" a phrase that originated from the unarmed teen's death.

IMO This is a huge story, but somehow it is slipping by barely noticed.
BlackLivesMatter is a hate group that advocates and incites murder of police and gets results, they need to be held accountable.
Just like the “gay” movement has their own would-be murderers.
i’m sure the media will be all over this...
The Black Lives Movement is pretty much an insurgency by another name.
Under Obongo,the Only people held”Accountable”are Law-Abiding Americans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Advocated against violence?
I actually think the perp trolled to get pulled over, all premeditated.
There is a precedent for a victim’s family suing a racist organization of which perps were members.
“IMO This is a huge story, but somehow it is slipping by barely noticed.”
I pointed this out the day after the shooting...
I also said this would be BURIED by the mainstream media, because it could harm the narratives Democrats intend to use to get blacks to the polls voting for Hillary.
These BLM thugs should be considered a “Organized Crime” syndicate and treated like “The Mob”.
Well, Shazammm! Blow me over with a feather. I’d never have guessed.
Ok that does it.
Down with all “civil rights” monuments, remove and rename all MLK buildings, schools, streets. Throw Malcolm X in there too, Booker T, et al
#AllLivesMatter . . .They want “equality” they get “equality”
The media doesn’t cover this story because they would have to reveal who the killer is..meanwhile the media defends some Muslim kid in Texas who brought a fake bomb to school..gotta love priorities
It’s in the name of the group: “Black Lives Matter” I see no other race or ethnicity that matters in that title.
BLM is an anti-American terrorist organization. Murder and mayhem follow them as surely as a trail of manuer follows a horse parade.
The DNC has announced its support for BlackLiesMatter, so they should also be held accountable.
There is one problem with the Donald case. The two men who were convicted of killing her son were actual MEMBERS of the KKK.
BlackLivesMatter is more of an amorphous group without much, if any, of a formal, card-carrying, dues paying membership.
Cop-killer Johnson Yabadabadoo may have attened BLM protests, but unless you can demonstratively prove that he was an officer or “official member” of the group, a lawsuit against them will fail.
A better approach might be for a victim of a BLM created riot to sue them under a RICO charge, or state/local equivalent of.
Also ask the FBI/police to charge them with crossing state lines in order to foment violent because it is both a federal and state charge (under slightly difference state laws).
Jonson’s Facebook postings seem more like a diversion from his real feelings. Or the bastard just self-flipped and went stark raving mad. However, dead men don’t talk.
I think there would be a hard time suing or prosecuting them. If the murders keep up and with a new justice department maybe under rico like you say. But instead just call them what they are— A hate group. Completely discredit them and anyone who associates with them.
If this story were getting the coverage it deserves it would basically finish off any credibility for BLM. But even drudge and fox news have ignored it. Its even gotten very little attention here by the members of FR. I just can't understand why.
