IMO This is a huge story, but somehow it is slipping by barely noticed.
BlackLivesMatter is a hate group that advocates and incites murder of police and gets results, they need to be held accountable.
Just like the “gay” movement has their own would-be murderers.
i’m sure the media will be all over this...
The Black Lives Movement is pretty much an insurgency by another name.

There is a precedent for a victim’s family suing a racist organization of which perps were members.

I also said this would be BURIED by the mainstream media, because it could harm the narratives Democrats intend to use to get blacks to the polls voting for Hillary.

It’s in the name of the group: “Black Lives Matter” I see no other race or ethnicity that matters in that title.
BLM is an anti-American terrorist organization. Murder and mayhem follow them as surely as a trail of manuer follows a horse parade.
The DNC has announced its support for BlackLiesMatter, so they should also be held accountable.
There is one problem with the Donald case. The two men who were convicted of killing her son were actual MEMBERS of the KKK.
BlackLivesMatter is more of an amorphous group without much, if any, of a formal, card-carrying, dues paying membership.
Cop-killer Johnson Yabadabadoo may have attened BLM protests, but unless you can demonstratively prove that he was an officer or “official member” of the group, a lawsuit against them will fail.
A better approach might be for a victim of a BLM created riot to sue them under a RICO charge, or state/local equivalent of.
Also ask the FBI/police to charge them with crossing state lines in order to foment violent because it is both a federal and state charge (under slightly difference state laws).
Jonson’s Facebook postings seem more like a diversion from his real feelings. Or the bastard just self-flipped and went stark raving mad. However, dead men don’t talk.
I think there would be a hard time suing or prosecuting them. If the murders keep up and with a new justice department maybe under rico like you say. But instead just call them what they are— A hate group. Completely discredit them and anyone who associates with them.
If this story were getting the coverage it deserves it would basically finish off any credibility for BLM. But even drudge and fox news have ignored it. Its even gotten very little attention here by the members of FR. I just can't understand why.
