Did you watch the one at the top of post #39? It’s about 30 minutes long, but it’s gutwrenching and I find it necessary to watch it every year.

I think that there is the option to uninstall Win10.

There is also juice in a spray can that may be able to clean up your usb ports.....with the computer powered down and given time to dry.
