He's going to have to make his living as the operator of a private club not holding itself out to the public. Maybe--and only maybe--that will work. Of course, refusing to cut a woman's hair is discrimination, without a doubt. But refusal to cut her hair in a man's style is no different than refusing to give a man a Mohawk.

When my wife was a manager for Monkey Wards she had a minority (yep) woman who was stealing out of the register. They had it on film & Wards would still not let my wife fire her. So my wife gradually cut the minority person’s hours until she was working 2 hours a week. That got her to quit.

You can tell which barber the guys in my neighborhood go to. Each barber has one cut. If yours’ looks different. It’s your head that made it that way. When I had my Hair Metal Band “Roof”. I only went to women. A select few at that.

I was in the barbershop recently. An older woman with a boyish hairstyle came in and got a haircut.

If a woman wants a mannish haircut then go to a barbershop. If she wants more style go to a hair salon which can do what she wants.
