You offer her the same range and cuts as what can be offered a man and let her decide. If she wants what is beyond your ability to offer, it’s beyond your ability to offer.
My father was a barber. Many years ago, back at the start of the Civil Rights movement, he told me that the chief barber examiner for Ohio had decreed that any barber who said they didn't know how to cut the hair of Blacks would have his barbers license revoked. I don't think Dad ever had any Blacks among his clientele, but I know he considered their hair "different" and requiring different skills.
