The Republican Party and its acolytes in the news media are trying to demonize the protest movement that has sprung up in response to the all-too-common police killings of unarmed African-Americans across the country. The intent of the campaign — evident in comments by politicians like Gov. Nikki Haley of South Carolina, Gov. Scott Walker of Wisconsin and Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky — is to cast the phrase “Black Lives Matter” as an inflammatory or even hateful anti-white expression that has no legitimate place in a civil rights campaign

Lots of white guilt over events that happened 2, going on 3, generations ago. No mention of the recent murders of the reporters and police officers that were inspired by BLM. No mention of the "pigs in a blanket, fry them like bacon" march. No mention of the shouting down of Martin O'Malley who merely said all lives matter.
It's long past time to fight back but I don't mean with violence. In addition to violence being antithetical to Christian beliefs, it plain won't work. (That is not say we can't defend ourselves by whatever means are necessary if physically challenged.) BLM is a vile hate group. We can't be afraid to publically speak our minds and challenge the very premise of this group. The first step is lose our white guilt and implant that into the minds of our children.

It’s when liberal activists pretend that blacks should have a special status that they are being racist and deserve to be condemned. If they ever argue for a race-blind look at the world (something that liberals would never support), then I will agree that innocent black lives matter exactly as much as all other innocent lives. As for thug lives, they do not matter when it comes to self-defense against their thuggishness.
