A federal judge ordered a defiant county clerk to jail for contempt Thursday after she insisted that it would violate her conscience to follow court orders to issue marriage licenses to gay couples.
Rowan County clerk Kim Davis and her deputy clerks were summoned to appear before U.S. District Judge David Bunning after she repeatedly denied them marriage licenses, cited her religious beliefs and "God's authority."
"You can't be separated from something that's in your heart and in your soul," Davis told the judge as she explained how the Supreme Court's ruling legalizing gay marriage nationwide conflicts with the vows she made when she became a born-again Christian.

We should be lining up by the tens of thousands to go to jail with her and overwhelm the system.

"Lukewarm" is, I believe, the proper phrase.

If the Black Lives Matter folks can go on TV and suggest cops should be killed, why can’t folks go on websites like this and suggest it might be time to bust a cap in the ass of judges that do things like this?

Actually it has been years. Ant there are actually those on this forum who believe that she may be prosecuted.
The judge should be the one in jail.
Federal judges won’t enforce imagination laws.

Find out where this judge lives. Pay him a very noisy visit.
Picket the jail where she is being held. Demand her release as a prisoner of conscience.
If those fail, I believe someone suggested a riot ...
And it might not be a bad idea to invite the ugly skank dykes that started this whole mess to be the guests of honor.
A tangled mess. Where does a federal judge get the right to demand a State activity?
Why don’t they just relieve her of duties. Why does she have to go to jail?
