Hillary Clinton’s emails reveal the prominence of the Clinton Foundation in her activities as America’s top diplomat, and whether she drew the line between official US business and aiding the family charity run by Bill and Chelsea.
The State Dept released more than 4,300 emails Mrs. Clinton sent from an account she kept on an email server at her home in New York during her time in office....giving a clearer picture of her role as the US' top diplomat, married to a former president who had interests of his own.
In one email, Chelsea, in Haiti, sent her thoughts about US government policy and her father’s role when ex-Pres Bill Clinton was the UN’s special envoy to Haiti for recovery and reconstruction. In another exchange, Secy Clinton praised an idea developed by David Domenici.... domestic partner to top Clinton aide Cheryl Mills. Clinton responded enthusiastically. “ Let’s work toward solid proposal maybe to Red Cross and Clinton Foundation since they have unencumbered $,” Clinton wrote.
Mills served as a member of the Clinton Foundation’s board of directors before and after her stint at the State Dept.
Secy Clinton handled Clinton Foundation interests in many of the same international projects the State Dept did. One was called the "Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves." Mrs. Clinton announced the State Dept's public-private partnership in a speech at the Clinton Global Initiative in 2010.
In an exchange of emails, Norway’s Ambassador to the UN said they were joining the "Alliance for Clean Cookstoves" for $600,000 the first year ....and would contribute a ‘substantial amount in the future. They moved quickly to donate in time for Secy Clinton's State Dept announcement at the Clinton Global Initiative meeting....and wanted to see a business plan before they committed more.

On the contrary, she has turned everything over. She said so.
That foundation and state co-mingled their stated purposes to the enrichment and power of the Clintons, their associates, loyalists, and attack dogs.
Liz, I agree with all the premises from this and recent posts. I don’t think any options or avenues should be closed. The problem is Obama will do nothing. He may squeeze Hillary but he will not let the FBI or DOJ investigate her dealings. They should have already shut down the Clinton Foundations and have Hillary, Bill, Chelsea, Sid,Huma, Mills and various others under indictment. At least House arrest. Obama wants money. He has no intention of checking into Hillary’s illegal activities.
No question....the evidence is all there.....in abundance.

Even by the standards of arms deals between the United States and Saudi Arabia, this one was enormous. A consortium of American defense contractors led by Boeing would deliver $29 BILLION worth of advanced fighter jets to the United States' oil-rich ally in the Middle East.
Under then Sec-of State Clinton, the State Department approved $165 billion worth of commercial arms sales to 20 nations whose governments have given money to the Clinton Foundation, according to an IBTimes analysis of State Department and foundation data.
That figure -- derived from the three full fiscal years of Clinton’s term as Secretary of State (from October 2010 to September 2012) -- represented nearly double the value of American arms sales made to the those countries and approved by the State Department during the same period of President George W. Bush’s second term
American defense contractors also donated to the Clinton Foundation while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state and in some cases made personal payments to Bill Clinton for speaking engagements.
Such firms and their subsidiaries were listed as contractors in $163 billion worth of Pentagon-negotiated deals that were authorized by the Clinton State Department between 2009 and 2012. (Excerpt) Read more at ibtimes.com .

•The SEC charged a Clinton Foundation trustee with misallocating $9.5M from his database company. Shareholders sued for using the company jet to fly the Clintons around and paying Bill Clinton a $3M consulting fee.
• A Clinton Foundation trustee was accused of paying Bahraini executives (roughly $52 million) to win sales contracts for US-based Alcoa which later settled with the DOJ for $384M.
• A Clinton Foundation trustee donated to Hillary’s campaigns...gave the Clintons millions in honoraria and millions more to the foundation. The trustee was arrested for allegedly defrauding a bank. He pleaded guilty in a Bklyn court to “funneling more than $180,000 in illegal contributions to three federal candidates,” Hillary among them.
• An Indian legislator sat at the head table at the Clinton Global Initiative and dined privately with the Clintons at their home. He gave between $1-5 million to the Clinton Foundation....then was arrested for bribing members of parliament WRT a US-Indian nuclear-technology agreement....he was booted from his party, ending his political career.
• Venezuelan Claudio Osorio fundraised for Hillary and supported the Clinton Global Initiative. He falsified federal applications and bilked US taxpayers to score a loan of $10M tax dollars to build homes in earthquake-ravaged Haiti. Osorio was convicted of financial fraud, using federal “humanitarian assistance for personal benefit,” and got 12 years in federal prison.
• He was on the federal terrorist no-fly list yet a Lebanese-British businessman donated $460,000 to Miami Democrats for voter-registration and attended the Clintons’ WH Christmas party. He was later convicted of money-laundering and “aiding a criminal organization WRT billions of dollars stolen from Nigeria. The Lebanese businessman’s company pledged $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative. The eco-minded Clinton awarded him a prize for “sustainable development.”
That is accurate and resonates. This needs to be repeated over, and over, and over, until the media runs with it.
AS DR DUDE POSTULATED: Why would the Clinton Foundation have classified emails in their possession? ANSWER: Because they generated the huge amounts of money the Clintons pocketed via bribes, honoraria, foundation donations, insider business deals, consultancies, etc...
That explains why people pledged hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation---b/c they got valuable US intel in return.

Canadian Frank Giustra--donated $31.3 million and a pledge for $100 million more to the Clinton Foundation. Giustra built a company that later merged with Uranium One.
Ian Telfer--Canadian donated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation
Mining investor who was chairman of Uranium One when an arm of the Russian government, Rosatom, acquired it.
Paul Reynolds--donated $1 million to $5 million to the Clinton Foundation Adviser on 2007 UrAsia-Uranium One merger. Later helped raise $260 million for the company.
Frank Holmes---donated $250,000 to $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Chief Executive of U.S. Global Investors Inc., which held $4.7 million in Uranium One shares in the first quarter of 2011.
Neil Woodyer---donated $50,000 to $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation. Adviser to Uranium One. Founded Endeavour Mining with Mr. Giustra.
GMP Securities Ltd.---Donating portion of profits to the Clinton Foundation. Worked on debt issue that raised $260 million for Uranium One.

ITEM--The NY Times reported the "Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership" collected about $33 million US tax dollars from Hillary's State Dept between 2008 and 2013.....$25 million of which was passed back across the border to the US-based Clinton Foundation. Plus---Giustra pledged $100 million to the (cough) Foundation after Clinton helped him clinch the mega-bucks uranium deal.
ITEM---millions of dollars and 1,100 donors are shrouded in mystery in the Canadian Giustra/Clinton operation. The Clinton Foundation signed a “memorandum of understanding” with the Obama White House agreeing to reveal its contributors every year. The agreement stipulates that the “Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative” (as the charity was then-known) is part of the Clinton Foundation and must follow “the same protocols.”
SURPRISE: It hasn’t.
Caught w/ his pants down, Giustra's backtracking like crazy---saying Canada’s federal privacy law "forbids" the Canadian-registered Clinton charity, from revealing its donors. A memo he provided news organs cites “fiduciary obligations” to its contributors and Canada’s Personal Information Privacy and Electronic Disclosure Act. “We are not allowed to disclose even to the Clinton Foundation the names of our donors,” Giustra says.
However, Canadian tax and privacy law experts were dubious of the Clinton/Giustra claims. A former director knowledgeable about tax policy at Canada's Department of Finance, said he wasn't aware of any tax laws that would prevent the Clinton charity from releasing its donors' names. "There's nothing that would preclude them from releasing donors' names. It's entirely up to them."

Obama's Executive Order makes Hilary guilty of undermining US national security.
His order makes clear that there is one category of information that is automatically deemed classified: information from foreign governments
The order says: “Foreign government information” means:
(1) information provided to the United States Government by a foreign government or governments, an international organization of governments, or any element thereof, with the expectation that the information, the source of the information, or both, are to be held in confidence;
(2) information produced by the United States Government pursuant to or as a result of a joint arrangement with a foreign government or governments, or an international organization of governments, or any element thereof, requiring that the information, the arrangement, or both, are to be held in confidence; or
(3) information received and treated as “foreign government information” under the terms of a predecessor order.
